The cabin is located high up and sunny with great views and good outdoor areas, incl. large terrace, fire pan and fire place. Inside you will find a cozy atmosphere with room for the whole family (maybe even more families?), plenty of beds and a lovely fireplace. The summer offers hiking and cycling opportunities right outside the door, with fishing and bathing water, great nature and terrain. In winter, it is 100m to the nearest ski slope and about 8min to the alpine slope. There are both birds and squirrels on the terrace, feel free to bring suitable food.

Cabin near the Jettegrytene, beachfront, family friendly. Possibility for kayaking and fishing (2 kayaks, 2 canoes and 1 rowboat on site). 30 min from Gautefall ski resort. Large garden with playground equipment. 3 bedrooms, 6 beds (plus own baby bed) Note: part of a semi-detached house, simple standard, older kitchen and bathroom, beautiful peaceful place. The other unit is also rented out, and guests in the other unit can be expected. If needed, the other part can also be rented, a total of 12 beds for the entire place. Connected to electricity and hot water

Practical cabin, Panoramic view!

Welcome to Gautefall Panorama with a stunning view. The cabin is facing south, and has sun from early morning to late evening. There is 1 bedroom with double bed, and 2 bedrooms with somewhat smaller (200x140) double beds. There is a bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine and one separate toilet room. Wood for the oven and fire pit is included in the price. No smoking and no pets allowed. Bring your own sheets, bedding and towels. Guests take care of the dishes themselves. Toilet paper and toiletries are in the storage room.

All facilities to make the holiday a pleasure. 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, spread over two floors. Hot tub on the terrace, overlooking the view, and sauna. Complete kitchen and dining room with room for 11. Outside you are right out in great nature, with ski slopes or the world's most beautiful bike terrain. Plenty of fishing waters and beautiful mountains and peaks. Fiber broadband!

Cabin with 3 bedrooms

Welcome to Kyrkjebygdheia and an idyllic cottage with lovely views close to the forest. Right outside the cabin wall is everything you need for both children and adults to be able to thrive when you are on vacation. Scenic surroundings, sunny and undisturbed plot and great views of Huvtjønn and Breilivann. Large veranda with superstructure, with outdoor furniture and fire pit. This is a family cabin used by us owners when it is not rented out and it is therefore only rented out to families and adult guests.

Cozy cabin on the shore of Nisser, the second largest lake in Telemark. Start your day with a refreshing dip in the lake, or just enjoy the view from the breakfast table. Spend your day hiking, playing, cycling or canoeing. If you ar visiting during the winter season, Gautefall, with possibilities of cross-country skiing and downhill slopes, is only a short care ride away. If your aim is to relax, then just light one of the fireplaces inside or outside and enjoy the changing landscape. Welcome!

Velkommen til en romslig og familievennlig tømmerhytte i naturskjønne omgivelser ved Skuggenatten i Nissedal. Her får dere ro, utsikt og opplevelser rett utenfor døren – uten kø og stress. Hytta ligger trygt til innerst i blindvei og passer perfekt for familier som vil kombinere komfort med ekte naturopplevelser. Skuggenatten – turen du må oppleve Spektakulær utsikt over hele Nissedal Variert tur – passer både større barn og voksne. Dette er turen mange gjester trekker frem som høydepunktet

Vi inviterer deg til idylliske omgivelser mellom fjell og innsjø. Vår 30m2 Lyngebu-hytte ligger på Ånudsbuoddane hyttefelt,ved innsjøen Nisser i hjertet av Telemark (5 min til Treungen sentrum med flere butikker, 15 min til Gautefall skisenter, gangavstand til vann, fjellstier). Vi tilbyr også robåt og SUP brett,så området kan utforskes fra vannet. Her får du den beste utsikten over innsjø og fjell med all komfort for å nyte oppholdet! Du er hjertelig velkommen:) Vårt hjem er ditt hjem.

Overlandsheia, Gautefall

Flott hytte på Gautefall leies ut til voksne ordensmennesker og barnefamilier. Hytta er fra 2022 og på ca 120kvm. Den har stor stue og kjøkken i et, gang, 2 bad med dusj, 4 soverom med dobbeltsenger og en loftstue med tv. Hytta er oppvarmet med strøm og i stua er det peis. Varmekabler på begge bad og i gang. Det er dyner og puter til 8 personer på hytta. Det er umiddelbar nærhet til flotte turområder og langrennsløyper på vinter. Det er 6 km til Gautefall skisenter med slalombakke.

Welcome to a comfortable and modern cabin with fantastic views of Lake Nisser and the surrounding mountains. The cabin is quietly and naturally located, perfect for relaxation all year round. Final cleaning is included. Well suited for couples, families or small groups. A short distance to the beach and swimming area. The area offers hiking trails, summit hikes, cycling, fishing and skiing, with about a 30-minute drive to Gautefall with alpine skiing and cross-country trails.

The Nisser with a length of 35 kilometers is located in the heart of southern Norway and is the largest lake in Telemark.
