Een monumentale woning ,1 minuut lopen van de tram en winkelcentrum. Op de beneden etage komt u via een (stijle ) trap (zonder traphek). Hier zijn 3 slaapkamers, 1 badkamer en een separaat toilet. 1 van de slaapkamers ligt aan de tuin. het bed is een twijfelaar. Het karton bed van de foto’s te vervangen voor meer degelijk bed. De andere slaapkamer heeft een 2 personens bed en de andere kamer heeft 2 losse bedden tegen elkaar aan geschoven op de foto maar in de praktijk doe ik ze vaak uit elkaar.

6 minutes walk is nice and quiet, historic Delfshaven. Nice to eat and drink. Walking routes to the center I can recommend and easily accessible by public transportation. My apartment is, renovated, vintage decorated with views of the Schie Canal. Layout: living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with very good double (M-line mattress) bed, 1 bedroom with bunk bed, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathroom/toilet television and a balcony.
