For those who need to go to UFF, the walk is easy and takes about 35 minutes. The loft is also very close to the waterfront.

The only detail that could improve are the toilets, which clogged easily, and the water pressure from the suite shower, which was very weak. Although there was a construction site next door that made the day a little noisy, it did not affect the comfort and quality of my stay. Everything went perfectly. The Studio is small but served well. Just cross the street and you're on the beach, everything is close. The only thing that can bother you a little is the traffic noise, but the windows block the noise well.

I was surprised by the accommodation. Super new apartment, very fragrant, clean, organized. It has everything: coffee maker, iron, hairdryer, mixer, stove, oven… I went with my baby and it was very comfortable. The outdoor space is not even mentioned. Technological building, it even has a charming cable car to get around between buildings, very safe. The pool was the BEST. I wish I could have stayed longer, I left with a taste of wanting more. Beatriz is super friendly, accessible, proactive, excellent host. Anyway… perfect place, I recommend it without a doubt.
