Three blocks from ICARAÍ BEACH and in front of Campo de São Bento. The gate to the street is shared with the main house. As there is no parking in the village, I recommend a nearby paid parking lot.

Niterói tem belas praias como Itacoatiara , Camboinhas , sossego ,Piratininga, Itaipu …todas a 30 min do local .

The 'Casa da Leila', our home, has, in addition to the family accommodations, a space on Airbnb. The Loft is under the main house and has fully integrated environments, with exclusive bathroom. It has more than 55m² of covered area, high right foot and industrial-contemporary decoration. Its two window doors give access to the exclusive balcony, where you can have breakfast while enjoying the San Francisco Valley, and hopefully spot a hawk or paragliders jumping from the City Park.

The condominium is safe, monitored by cameras and staff, and close to the region’s stunning beaches, such as Itacoatiara and Piratininga.
