The Boathouse A luxury coastal retreat In Niton

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Boathouse is a little hidden gem.Located in an AONB. Surrounded by many coastal walks all on your doorstep. A brilliant location close to the lots of local amenities all within a short walk. The Buddle Inn pub is a 5 minute stroll away. There is a beach cafe close to St Catherine’s lighthouse also a short walk away. We have tried to make this retreat as comfortable as possible, influenced by the Hamptons. I’m confident you will love it.

The retreat is a self -contained little chalet in the Courtyard of Hillside farm. Small play area on site,salon. Complimentary essentials ,tea, coffee,sugar ,milk, eggs from our chickens when available,cleaning products. Dog Friendly maximum of two dogs charge of £ 35 each per dog.

Classic Farmhouse nestled in National Landscape

Locks Farm House is a Grade II listed stone build dating back to 1702. It is a traditional long thatch with the roof also covering the former barn. There are two plain beam reception rooms and two double bedrooms, one with an original panel wall. All the rooms look out onto a walled garden and the Downs surrounding the village. The current owners restored the house lovingly using original materials and remain resident in Niton.
