You will be right next to the shopping streets, Parc des Sources, the Thermal Baths, the lake and all amenities. You will enjoy the two balconies with unobstructed views of the pedestrian square and a spacious apartment with its courtyard bedrooms

The house is a recently built and welcoming chalet. You will enjoy a region ideal for hiking or discovering a rich local heritage. Located in a peaceful hamlet, you will be welcomed by Sam and Krisha, our friends and English neighbors. At 10 minutes from the highway (A89), between Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand, the house can welcome 4 adults or a family with two children properly. You will appreciate its geographical location among the fir trees, the birds and the stream that sing, the mountain bike, hiking (departures in front of the house), and equestrian trails (Equi'nox 1 km away). The lockable cellar can accommodate your bikes, I leave 2 mountain bikes for the brave. The outdoor space will allow you to enjoy the sun, the barbecue. St Clément water park, La Loge des Gardes resort, climbing sites...

"Bargeon" country house with HOT TUB 5 people.

Entire country house accommodating up to 11 people. 5-person Jacuzzi, outside, operating all year round, reserved for tenants. Provide swimsuit, towels. Direct access to the pergola in a green area with plancha. A deposit check will be required for the use of the SPA. The house has an equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, parking and upstairs a reversible air conditioner. Sheets, towels and tea towels not provided. Check-in time is from 9am. Check-out before 5pm.
