It was very peaceful in a very quiet neighborhood. Loved the time spent there. I recommend.

Very good stay, with a very responsive host and a attentive and super kind concierge. The whole team is polite, including the caretakers who give all the information you need. Access to the accommodation is not very convenient but well given the cost, it's worth it. The building does not provide a generator so imagine yourself in the event of a power outage.

We greatly enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean, comfortable, value for money. Marvin our host was incredibly responsive and helpful. He made it easy for us to get around the city, help us get groceries to set up, and when we had an urgent problem that needs solving, he step right in and helped us address it. It was so much easier with his help. I would highly recommend this property, and highly recommend dealing with Marvin. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed!

For my first stay in Cameroon and Yaoundé, I am delighted to have opted for Karism'Apparts. Evelyne's patience and availability were impeccable, even though my arrival kept being postponed until late in the evening. She and Joel welcomed me with great kindness despite the late hour and my lack of precision. The room fully matches the photos posted on the site. Spacious, pleasant, clean, secure, disproportionate to other accommodation I have experienced in Yaoundé. No electricity problems during my stay, hot water available and stable Wi-Fi. Many useful services such as made-to-order catering, laundry, cleaning. I also greatly appreciated the presence, accessibility, and foresight of Joel, the concierge, both for his professionalism and for the informal exchanges we were able to have. Looking forward to seeing you on an upcoming trip :)
