You are on the first floor of a building of which we are the owners, with access to the accommodation via an external staircase giving access to the private courtyard of the building.

The plus: secure and free parking in the basement of the residence (access height limited to 2 m). The city center with its shops and restaurants is a 5-min walk.

Located just 10 km from the Côte Roannaise vineyard, our farm is also an ideal base for discovering local wines, hiking trails, bike rides. We will welcome you with simplicity and kindness. Farmhouse accommodation

Small apartment on the farm, refurbished, located in the countryside, 1 km from the village of MABLY and 8 km from the center of ROANNE, 1 double bedroom + possibility of sleeping on a sofa bed. For a single night booking, sheets are not provided. If you forget, you will be charged 10 euros. Blankets are available. From a reservation of 2 nights, the room will be equipped with sheets and duvet but you will need to provide sheets for the sofa bed.

Ground floor apartment in a villa

Very functional 35 m² independent apartment with garden views, on the ground floor of a villa located in the middle of a wooded plot, inhabited upstairs by its owner. Parking in the courtyard secured by an electric gate. Very quiet area. Supermarket 2 minutes' walk. 5-minute drive to the Scarabée. You will have a large terrace with a table and chairs allowing you to have your meals outside and access to the lawn located in front of the house.
