Située à environ 30 min de Vichy, Thiers et Clermont Ferrand et 12 mins de l'autoroute. Supermarché et restauration à environ 10-15 mins. Vival, boulangerie... à moins de 10 mins

Sublime duplex 100m², Villa Saint Laurent

Sublime hôtel particulier de 1903, crée par un grand architecte et entièrement réhabilité en 2020 par monsieur Hervé Delouis, brillant architecte clermontois. Cette vieille dame a fait l'objet de trois ans de travaux pour retrouver toutes ses lettres de noblesse, tout l'enjeu était de conserver les éléments d'époque et le cachet unique qui lui confère. Wifi permanently cut off (except in emergencies) for less frequent disturbances, no TV but video projectors for movie buffs. Large kitchen, living room and shared bathroom. Rentable by the room (3 bedrooms and 3 different prices) or as a self-catering cottage (I live in another building).
