You know it’s a lovely space when we come multiple years to stay! Amy is the nicest- a fantastic host with great recommendations for the area. The apartment is clean and spacious and full of rustic charm. Our kids adored the ducks they have on the property and the yard is wonderfully inviting! Can’t wait to come back next year 😃

this location was great for what we needed. it was a good halfway point from our son's house and the other locations we needed to get to. it is very walkable to main street and all the shops, water and the y was close by too.

This place was comfortable, well-provisioned, and very well located. Pam was very responsive as well. Good stay!

The location is incredible! Ive never had such a great view. The place was clean and comfortable. Booth ay Harbor is very nice place to stay.

We came here off season and it was beautiful. The place was clean, spacious, and warm- even on a brisk Maine evening. Downtown Damariscotta is lovely at this time of year- they were getting the town ready for Christmas. Great restaurants as well. Would definitely return.

The Sail Loft is a peaceful, beautifully appointed space to rejuvenate and rest. The space itself is clean and thoughtfully designed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The quiet morning with coffee and the calming atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking to slow down and soak up the beauty of the Maine. I’d absolutely stay again!

Maine in the winter is very beautiful. It is quiet but it allows you the time and space to experience nature in a special way. The two walks close by are, Osborne Finch Preserve and Peter's Pond, are great. We loved the space in the house. We were there with another couple but an extended family would have plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking some lovely meals. Books and games were plentiful. And the great room was perfect for exercising. A special house in a special place.

Morning sunrise across the harbor with rose, pink, purple, blue neon colors? Check! Funky, Artsy, Unique cottage features (by all means, appreciate the Art Glass newel posts)? Check! Clean, cozy, comfortable and induces lazy R&R? Double Check!! Nearby places to explore, learn history, eat & drink hearty, hike, shop for treasures? Also double check!! My husband and I frequent the Pemaquid Peninsula during all seasons. Sometimes we camp, sometimes we find hidden gems to stay for a weekend...Ken's Cottage is a keeper...Triple Check!!! The house was great and matched what the description was. Very spacious and everything needed. Matthew was also very responsive when I had questions. Would stay there again for sure!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We unexpectedly had beautiful cloudless days most of the week. Great location & easy to get to the Harbor and Southport both of which we enjoyed! Recommend the Carriage House for a really top quality meal as well as Blue Moon Cafe (good lobster roll) which was one of Shirin’s recommendations. Would totally stay here again!!

This was my 5th time going there and I love it! The house is so cozy & very clean. The property is large and the view is breathtaking over looking the river. They are also pet friendly so we were able to take our Lhasa Apso Revy on vacation with us. Besides how great this Air BnB is, my favorite is the hosts Kent & Tish! They are wonderful people. They are kind & friendly, & have such beautiful souls. They have become family to me! I highly recommend getting this air bnb!! Thank you again Tish & Kent! We had two nights to spend in Maine after a week long trip to Quebec. The lake house was a wonderful place to unwind after our busy trip to Canada. We spent our full day parked in the yard, enjoying the boats provided, reading, playing bags, and just sunning. It was a gorgeous day, and we loved it. The house is spacious, very well-stocked, and has many little amenities to make it feel like home. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful and peaceful cottage to serve as our home base while on a family trip. We felt right at home, had everything we needed and plenty of room to spread out. Comfortable beds, awesome to have a washer and dryer, the parking spot could not have been more perfect! The deck was the most incredible part as we watched all forms of weather from the gorgeous spot. When we’re back in Maine next, we will return!

Amazing view and location! We loved how convenient this location was to shopping and restaurants. Having never been to Portland, this was a very pleasant surprise for us. Parking in the lot directly next to the building was easy and close. Sitting on the balcony watching the boats was so relaxing. Very comfortable condo and we would definitely stay again.

Perfect location right in the middle of all the popular restaurants and shops. Very clean and more spacious than we expected. Complex was quite inside. We didn’t hear noise from the other condos. We were there on a Saturday night so we could hear some of the nearby bars and music but that was to be expected given the location.

Great place to stay if you want to be close to downtown but with a larger, comfortable space. The place is exactly as described, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. No dollar store products here! The ground coffee and half and half really made it feel like we were staying at a friend’s home.

Extremely clean and great location. It is located on second floor. If you have trouble with stairs, there is no elevator. Host provided clear instructions on check in and check out. She doesn’t require us to take out the garbage! !! She quickly responded to our questions and provided a great tourist book. Shower is amazing…I won’t spoil the surprise so book if you can!

Great location! This condo was so close to everything it made getting around without a car super easy! Laundry is a great perk for longer stays!
