Kenna was the perfect host ! The home is very nice and very well decorated definitely makes you feel at home ! . She’s very good at communicating and making sure her guest is satisfied. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay we will be back . If you’re reading this don’t hesitate to book it’s very worth it !

This historic carriage house is adorable cute. You come up the stairs to an open and welcoming foyer, with lots of natural sunlight. We ate breakfast every morning at the dining room table, having coffee and watching and listening to birds on the wire, singing to us. There are a couple of skylights that bring extra light that we really enjoyed. It is decorated very nicely, but we all agreed we’d love to see it decorated for the holidays too. We didn’t have children with us, but the loft above has a cute play area, including Princess dress up costumes. The couch is SUPER comfy, and we enjoyed visiting in the living room in the evenings before unwinding. Michelle was the perfect hostess, and is usually on property and available anytime. She always responded to our messages quickly. She gave us some great local recommendations. While historic means it’s old, it had everything modern that we could need, and it is centrally located too. We would love to come back to Anderson and stay here.

Came for a lacrosse tournament and it was so close. Fishers is so clean and nice lovely town. Loved the new townhouse it was clean the master bed was comfortable.

This is truly a 5 star rental. Owners went above and beyond to provide a seamless experience. Would absolutely recommend the house and would definitely stay again when in town.

We had an issue with the a/c not working on our 1st day, contacted Piyumi and she got it taken care of within 3hrs! we had a tech at the house at 930pm to fix it, he got it up and running and the house was nice and cool the rest of the weekend. Piyumi was a great host and was very pleasant to deal with on the unexpected situation, she even offered to refund us if the a/c couldn't be fixed. She also checked in throughout the weekend to make sure everything was ok. Overall good experience, the house is starting to show some wear, looks like its rented alot, but overall solid place to stay if you are going to a concert or weekend trip.

Kimberly’s condo in Indy was the perfect spot for our quick city visit! We came to see a basketball game and the location couldn’t have been better. 15 min walk to the Fieldhouse, onsite off-street parking, private entrance, very quiet, clean, and so cute. The wall was filled with adorable front porches, restaurants/cafes, & beautiful gardens. We even met & chatted with our neighbor on our way out and they were lovely as well! The visit far exceeded expectations. Bedroom was neat and comfy, with heavy drapes to keep the sun from spilling into this bright space before we woke! Bathroom was spacious and clean with a pretty tub. The windows looking out to the downtown skyline are really unique and cool!! Definitely book this for any visit to the city!

Mary & Marvin’s place is as wonderful as advertised… better even. The neighborhood looks a little rough around the edges, but it’s quiet and seems like a good, safe community. Marvin met me for checkin and shared stories about the history of the space and some of the typewriters and items throughout the space. Everything was especially comfortable - great bed, good shower, your own thermostat, etc. All in all, a great stay. At my checkout, Marvin made some coffee and he, his son (Mike), and I had a great coffee-chat before I was on my way.

Apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities needed for a 2 week stay. Host was very responsive and had great communication. Area had plenty to do within walking distance. Would definitely stay again if available when we're back in Indy.

Cute little apartment that was clean and had plenty of linens, towels, and kitchen extras. Great location close to Ball State. Deborah and Matt were very good about communications with me.

I had a great stay, the place was super clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay! The only slight downfall is live music on the weekends from the bar below so if you’re a light sleeper come prepared! Carly does make a great attempt in aiding the situation with noise makers and ear plugs!

Great location, apartment, and hosts! I couldn't ask for more. Aaron took us kayaking and did the heavy lifting. Perfect river conditions.

Was in town for a show and didn't even realize it was Indy 500 weekend. This place really bailed us out in terms of available lodging. Claudia was great and the place was as described. Easy Uber access to Ruoff was a plus.

My friends & I stayed at James’ place for pride weekend, & it was BEAUTIFUL. There was a perfect view of Mass Ave, & we were able to watch the pride parade right from the living room window. It was just steps away from all of our favorite places - Francis & Fern, 3 Dog Bakery, Needlers, & Starbucks. The apartment was clean, cozy, & had everything we needed. I will definitely be back next year!

The location was perfect for Indy 500 weekend as it was away from the chaos and traffic of the city but still a convenient driving distance away. Everything from check in to check out went smoothly with no issues and there were no concerns the entire weekend. Parking was simple and easy, and the town itself is a perfect mix of peaceful with everything you need within a walk or a short drive. Would definitely stay here again!

It’s a great nice small property to stay. Definitely not big enough for more than two people but a great location to downtown.

Dina always exceeds expectations as a host. Her place is spotless, and beautifully appointed. Even the plants are all happy! Extraordinarily comfortable bed, and a bathroom large enough to dance in (maybe we did)! We have stayed three years in a row for our annual trip to Indy and hope that Dina’s place remains an annual tradition for as many coming years as possible! We could not be happier!

Our stay in the condo in Broadripple for the Indy 500 was excellent. The property was easy to find, centrally located in a nice area of Indianapolis and was a short walk to multiple restaurants, shopping and a Fresh Market grocery. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked for our weeklong stay. Our host, Deborah was extremely responsive and her communications were excellent. Thank you for allowing us to "Let's Go Racing"!!
