Monthly Rentals in Nocton Heath

A fantastic stay! Steve was incredibly responsive and helpful - I didn't get to meet him in person due to my poor timing, but through Airbnb messaging, he ensured everything went smoothly, and his lovely wife kindly pointed me in the right direction when I arrived. The place was cozy, private, and pleasant, just like in the listing photos, which was very welcome during a business trip for a nearby conference. The strong WiFi connection was a lifesaver in a Vodafone signal deadspot, which meant I could easily finish my work upon arrival. Highly recommend!

What a fantastic little space. I’d tended to stay in Lincoln city centre when on business there in the past, but never again! So peaceful, well equipped, clean and with some nice little touches too in terms of coffee pods and breakfast etc. Nice to get some recommendations for runs in the area (so much nicer than a run round Lincoln city centre - the “steep hill”, wow, never again!). I honestly can’t fault it, and hope to be back.

This place is everything everyone else says. Spotlessly clean. Friendly neighbour (Steven). Best to drive into the reserved parking bay as reversing in a bit tight ! My advice? Visit the Bomber Command Centre, only ten minutes away. And our visit coincided with the Red Arrows doing one of their displays.

Superb guesthouse. I was working in the area and much prefer airbnb over hotels. It was a whistle stop tour, one night only and it perfectly suited my needs. I was able to catch up on a little work after a long drive. The weather is hot at the moment but the guesthouse was very cool (I am a 'must have a fan if not air-con' sort of person). There was a fan in the room but I did not need it! Did not need the window open in the night either, much nicer sleep than my own house! Had everything I needed, a better selection of extras than most hotels! Cereals, bread, juice, milk and biscuits. I've done a few airbnbs and this has the best array of everything. Spotlessly clean and incredibly welcoming, very comfortable indeed. As with all the other reviews of Steve's guesthouse, 5/5, 10/10, A+ and any other way to describe maximum satisfaction. If I am ever in the area again I would not bother looking at anywhere else. Well done Steve, great setup you have there.
