It has an excellent location between Andorra, France, Puigcerdà, La Molina and Masella. The shared garden with barbecue is the perfect place to relax, play with children and prepare meals with family and friends. There are electric heaters in all rooms that can be combined with the exclusive fireplace in the living room, where you will also find board games.

The house is very nice and in a very quiet area, it is fully equipped. It has a swimming pool, barbecue, terrace and gazebo with garden furniture. It is located in the Garraf Natural Park and 8 km from the magnificent beaches of Sitges. Committed to the environment, the house incorporates a photovoltaic installation into its services, collecting energy from the Sun but having access to the conventional electricity grid when solar energy is not accessible (during nights and rainy days)

A few minutes walk from San Antoni Lake. Ideal for couples, families with kids, travellers and adventurers. My husband and I refurbished this attic. The flat is very cosy, luminous and has windows to the exterior. Each detail has been made with love and dedication. The Terrace is ideal for a rest in a hammock, have dinner under the moonlight and enjoy the view towards the nearby river and Lake. The barn has a living room with a black kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a loft with two beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. It also has a double shower with a window to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool, and river. And an environment with a monumental complex formed by a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian village 5 minutes away. Spectacular! 5 minutes from a rural restaurant and 10 minutes from the town/city.

The house is in a very quiet residential area about 15 minutes by car from the beaches of Sitges or Vilanova i la Geltru. Its beautiful garden of more than 500 square meters helps to rest. The barbecue, the space under the loquat, the chili out or the pool are the beautiful areas to enjoy the house more. Till June there is no pool. You can easily park on the street in front of the House.
