Family-friendly holiday rentals in Noisy-le-Roi

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

My boyfriend and I were looking for accommodation close to Paris, but which was sufficiently cut off from Paris. Mike's accommodation was perfectly conducive to relaxation. It is faithful to the photos and above all it is more spacious than we imagine. I was skeptical about the apartment being a basement apartment and we were pleasantly surprised. The apartment remains warm, well-lit, well-decorated and above all not humid compared to other basement apartments. Very clean with all the amenities!! High-tech equipment clearly makes a difference too. Mike remained very responsive and kind to us. I highly recommend it for a moment of disconnection and relaxation. Regarding the city, there are quite a few shops nearby and restaurants. Beautiful green space too.

Beautiful house in which 3 generations have spent excellent moments. The setting is peaceful, beautiful and magical (better than in the photos). The house is very comfortable, very well-equipped and very clean. We'll be happy to go back. Thank you Esther and Daniel.

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

We had a great time, I was a little apprehensive about the fact that the accommodation was on the owners' property and frankly 10/10 the hosts were very responsive, discreet, everything was thought out as it should be, we were able to enjoy the whole garden and a small corner with the minimum of overlooking was available, the pool water was very good. We'll be back. 🙂

Samuel is a fantastic host, polite, friendly and responsive. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is beautifully decorated and chic in a stunning area of Paris. We loved the old building, balconies and old style lift to take you up and down from the sixth floor. Samuel showcases his treasures, whilst also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and space. Naturally, you can hear some noises within the building but this does not deter from your stay, and for anyone with young children just be mindful of their heavy feet on the wooden floors. Montmartre is our favourite part of Paris for its views and winding streets of cafes and shops. All amenities are very close by. We would highly recommend staying at Samuel’s place. Comfortable bed, great location, very walkable. Very good boulangeries and patisseries in the area. My daughter loved the cafe americano at Notre Patisserie across the street. Nicolas was able to meet us early to drop off our luggage which was much appreciated. No AC, but we purchased a couple small fans at a monoprix and slept with the windows open and it was perfect. Small elevator was helpful after a long day of walking. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this apartment.

Helmut’s place was just like the pictures! Great location next to restaurants and little stores! It also wasn’t just too far from the main attractions! It does get a bit hot in France, so i’d recommend the lower parts of the home, but still very very great !

Great host and studio! Pierre was very helpful with recommendations and accommodations. The studio was well designed and modern, and the location is perfect if you want to be ingrained in the beauty of Montmartre.

We felt comfortable in the apartment. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed: bed linen, towels, coffee, etc. The location is quiet in a backyard and the apartment even has a small, walled terrace. We found it practical that there were numerous bakers or small There are grocery stores. We had our bikes with us, in a few minutes you can be at the Place de la Republique. We did all the tours by bike, which worked very well, as there are bike paths everywhere in Paris.

We enjoyed our stay. The construction next door was quite loud, but that wasn't the fault of our host. Thanks Bernard and Aude!

Fantastic place with everything you need! Really an oasis a good distance from the city. In order to recover from the busy city, this is highly recommended The pool and garden is lovely and the house is cozy and has everything you need. Beautifully located on the outskirts of the forest.

This is a very charming apartment which was very spacious and gave room for us to work, with an adequate kitchen that had everything we needed. The house has a rustic feel to it, which is natural given its age, and very nice character. The stay was very comfortable and we would return and stay again in a heartbeat.

Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!

We would have selfishly liked to keep the address and note secret. We discovered a sublime and peaceful place, a caring, warm and passionate host. Thirty minutes from central Paris, in the heart of Orgeval and all amenities, the gentihommière is ideally located. What about the heated pool, the vast green and well-maintained garden! Sofia Leonor loved harvesting the sheep's wool from Ouessant hanging from the barriers. Finally, what a pleasure to have our breakfast brought with care and generosity by the poolside with the birdsong. "What did we do to the good God" to deserve this ^^ A big thank you and see you soon I hope.
