A one-story house, great for taking a few days off, with a garage for two medium-sized cars, one of which is covered. Covered barbecue area with all utensils for a good barbecue with the family. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suites, a social bathroom and a toilet. 2 single mattresses are available. It will be a pleasure to welcome you to our home.

We love hosting people, so we set up a guest space in the annex of our house, which is a family environment with a lot of comfort. We are offering the place for couples who wanted to enjoy a quiet weekend by the sea and all the amenities that Arpoador beach (Xangri-lá) offers. The house is 250 meters from the beach, 300 meters from the Asun market. We do not accept reservations for 3 people, even if they are children of minimum age! Pets must be communicated in advance. Welcome!
