Welcome to our Mid-Century Modern waterfront escape on Curry Creek, minutes from Nokomis Beach (2 miles) and Venice Beach (3 miles). Spend your days fishing from the private dock, paddling one of 4 kayaks, or biking the Legacy Trail with 6 bikes. Evenings are for the firepit, grilling on the charcoal BBQ, or cornhole under the stars. We’ve stocked shark tooth gear, beach essentials, toiletries, coffee, tea, olive oil, spices, and a welcome bottle of wine — so you can arrive, unpack, and relax.

* Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature, a full acre with a small pond! Only 45 minutes to most beaches. Beautiful country with small antique town and parks to explore. Private acre close to farm. Walk out the door and see farm animals and a lovely pond. 2 loft bedrooms with queen beds. Downstairs has a daybed. Kitchenette complete with fridge sink and cook stove. Outside bar area on one side and the other has a fire pit and hammock. So the WiFi iffy. . plenty of DVD’s!

We are located 2.5 miles from the sands of Venice Beach and 2.5 miles off route 75 and downtown Venice. It is equipped with a bunk bed with full and twin mattresses, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, air conditioning and kitchenware. There is also an outdoor wooden shower with a washbasin, a hanging tree swing, a gas grill and a fire pit. You can drive to Nokomis public beach in just 5 minutes.
