I spent a few nights at Irina’s place and loved every minute. Loved how close we were to the beach while still having restaurants and shopping nearby. The house was beautiful and comfortable the kitchen was fully equipped so we were able to cook some meals. The pool, was amazing, we spent a lot of time floating around. The house was super clean. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay, would be back again and again!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The pool was definitely a highlight — clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The whole place felt peaceful and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway.

The place was beautiful. Lots of space. The pool & hot tub was great. Beaches were close. He was very responsive if needed. Easy check in & easy check out.

Everything was as described and as shown in pictures. House is very roomy. Master is on opposite side of house as other two bedrooms. Two living room areas. Pool area and patio are a nice place to sit and relax. Nokomis Beach is about 10 minuted away. Close to grocery stores, etc.

We loved our stay! This home was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. John provided excellent tips on local eateries and attractions in a book on site. Communication was seamless - responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Impressed by the attention to detail. This home is very well appointed - the kitchen has everything needed for a stay at home meal, your morning coffee or just a snack in front of the giant TV. Location was great - close to Englewood and Venice, many beaches, restaurants and shops to explore as well.

We loved Donna’s house! We had a great week with our two children and parents. We appreciated the high chair! The house and pictures were exactly as listed and described. The beds were comfortable. We love the location as you have many restaurants and shopping nearby, and the beach is a 5-10 minute drive. Donna is very responsive and answers always within a few minutes. Zero complaints!

The location of the house is perfect. Walking distance to two good restaurants and an ice cream shop. Very close drive to the beach, just over the bridge. Pool was amazing for the kids. Would highly recommend for a vacation with kids.

Cory was a wonderful host. When we called to inquire about the temperature of the pool water (it felt cold to us, after the heater was turned on,) Cory was very responsive and made arrangements for someone to come over right away to turn it up for us! Thanks for accommodating our request and for your concern that we were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay in Florida.

Stayed for Memorial Day weekend. Neighborhood was in a great location, close to everything. Venice beach is only about 3 miles away and the public beach access and parking facilities were great. We went to the beach after 4:00pm and stayed until sunset (around 8:15pm) and it wasn’t too crowded and there was sufficient parking. The house is very spacious, clean, and feels comfy and roomy. Beach towels, wagon, umbrella, and shell sifting tools were available for use which was very convenient and appreciated. We loved everything about our stay and will book again with no hesitation whenever we are visiting the area.

Leroy’s place was perfect for our needs for our trip. The location was great for us to get to areas north and south of Venice. The price was a great value compared to other listings that were very similar. Definitely consider this place 😊

Had a great stay during our week in Nokomis. The layout was great and actually had way more space than we even thought. Very easily fit our family of 5. Great set up as well with the master on one side of the house and then the other 2 bedrooms on the other. Neighborhood was very well maintained. You’re about a 3 minute drive or 20 min walk to the beach, but you should already know that when booking. This was one of the best stocked AirBnB’s we’ve stayed at. We truly felt like we were in a home we could live in as there was good flow. Backyard was great as we used the fire pit and hosted some family one evening. Lynda was great to communicate with. She even went above and beyond as we left a camera accidentally. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place!

Sarah was a great host! The house was perfect for our little family with kiddos and pups. The kitchen is cool friendly. No need to go out to eat! It was close to everything that we needed and we will definitely stay again.

I booked this Airbnb for my adult kids over Christmas vacation. They throughly enjoyed everything about the place!

Airbnb review: Not only is the location perfect for beach goers looking for shark teeth (we had more luck in Nokomis than Venice beach), but the house comes fully equipped with everything anyone needs to make this place a home away from home. We are avid cooks and were able to utilize the kitchen (and the spices were not just salt and pepper)! Additionally, the beach supplies in the shed are abundant. We didn’t have luck with the beach buggy, but they supply you with good quality towels, linens, blankets, etc. The office is also a nice touch for those who need to work remotely because it has a door and is nicely lit. The backyard space is perfect for families and friends. Overall, as people who have airbnbed a lot (since we prefer to have a kitchen), this was a perfect hidden find. Jaime was also a great host and will be sure to look out for items you may have left behind. Next time we go to Nokomis, we will plan to use the same airbnb. Thank you, Jaime!

Beautiful and immaculate home. The location is on a quiet street within walking and biking distance to beach, restaurants, ice cream, and gift shops. We loved the private lanai and backyard space and spent most of our time out there. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped with everything you need. We appreciated that the furnishings and beach gear were of high quality. We found it incredibly helpful that there was coffee/filters and shampoo/body wash for our first morning, as we arrived late and didn’t have to worry about going to the store upon arrival and could just settle in. We felt so at home and didn’t need or wish for a single thing! Marina is a fabulous and thoughtful communicator, making everything seamless!

We couldn’t have found a better place to stay. The house is exactly as described and it is SO spacious. It’s only 7 minutes from Manasota Key Beach and when you go, it has plenty of parking and amenities. Also, Joshua responded very quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

We had a great stay at the house. Loved the interior decor. Looks like the home was remodeled recently. Everything was fresh and clean. We loved hanging out by the pool. Backyard was very private and peaceful. Posts were very quick with their responses if I had any questions about the home. We would definitely stay at the Home again when we’re in town.

Our stay at Ryan’s place was perfect. It felt private even though it’s in a neighborhood. The location was great for our beach and shopping trips. There are several amazing local restaurants within a few miles. We’ll definitely be back!

Lori’s place was very clean and extremely spacious! Communication with Lori was top notch, very responsive. The home had everything we needed for our stay, quiet neighborhood and amenities within walking distance. We will be staying at this little oasis again, but next time for much longer. Highly recommend

House is immaculate! Super clean and comfortable. Beds and linens were luxurious! Ceiling fans in entry room including the screened in porch. Nice touch! Backyard waterfront is amazing. We used pool and hot tub multiple times per day. We fished off the dock and caught a few catfish. Sergiy was a perfect host. Excellent communication and direction when needed. Highly recommend!

Jason's place is clean, spacious and in a beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed going for nightly walks after dinner. The home is close to both Nokomis and Siesta Beach. We arrived to juice boxes in the refrigerator for the kids and many other special touches. We felt at home! We highly recommend this adorable home.

Greg and Bernadetta's house is everything you could ever want in an Airbnb! By far the best one I have stayed at. On arrival it was absolutely spotless, smelled great, it is beautifully decorated, feels cozy and so clean and fancy at the same time! It is fully stocked with everything you need - from plenty of kitchenware and appliances to pool accessories and towels, to beach gear. Huge bonuses for us were the wagon for the beach, enough backpack beach chairs for the entire family, boogie boards, shark teeth finding sifters, 2 coolers. We were SET! They have bikes and kayaks - you could stay for weeks!! The pool is also awesome. Lots of space to lounge, the pool itself is SO nice, even the mat floor around the pool is awesome. Beaches and restaurants are close by, and the hosts are super helpful and responsive checking on us and accommodating anything we needed. I cannot recommend this place enough!

This truly felt like home away from home. Very clean, cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. Our 2 dogs and toddler enjoyed the fenced in backyard. The air conditioner works great! We loved sitting out in the lanai listening to the birds. We felt very safe here and Tom was very responsive. 🥰
