At the golf course, there is a restaurant with rights, as well as a court. Approximately 15 minutes' drive to central Sundsvall. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located close to nature but also centrally in Söråker. It is a newly built cottage with high standards. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Sjöstugan ligger vid Björköfjärden, Bottenhavet. Sommartid finns det tillgång till liten motorbåt som ligger vid bryggan. Runt stugan finns ett trädäck. Byggnadsår 2009. Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.

Dock Ej dusch men går vid behov att skölja av sig i havet eller med hink i bastuhuset. Det finns även möjlighet att hyra till Bastu, SUP 2st samt ett extra sovrum med våningssäng på nedervåningen. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation in the middle of nature, 15 minutes from the E4 highway, 20 minutes to the fishing water Ljungan, 10 to Orrsjön with ice fishing for whitefish, 5 minutes to the swimming area. With the forest around the corner and overlooking Hornsjön, you live in our Kattegård with the host couple and their cats as the only neighbors. Bicycles are available to borrow for a ride around the village.
