The cottage is located at Björköfjärden, the Bothnian Sea. In summer, there is access to a small motorboat located at the jetty. Around the cottage there is a wooden deck. Building year 2009. The house has fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher, fridge and freezer, bathroom with shower and toilet. The house has one bedroom with adjustable beds and kitchen/living room with sofa bed and one loft with two mattresses. Outdoors there are tables and sun chairs. In winter when the ice is located, it is excellent location for winter fishing, skating or skiing.

Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation in the middle of nature, 15 minutes from the E4 highway, 20 minutes to the fishing water Ljungan, 10 to Orrsjön with ice fishing for whitefish, 5 minutes to the swimming area. With the forest around the corner and overlooking Hornsjön, you live in our Kattegård with the host couple and their cats as the only neighbors. Bicycles are available to borrow for a ride around the village.
