There are many very nice and old trees in the yard, there is an oversized fish pond, a lot of nice carp, the sunset in the evening is beautiful, the big kitchen boiling has gas, there is daily cleaning, cleaning the yard, picking up the yard in the evening, a lot of outdoor table and chairs, you can freely choose to eat and drink tea in different scenery, we stayed for 7 days, the outside spots and restaurants are not as nice here, really is the feeling of living in the scenery, so much

Friends are very satisfied with the overall feeling of this homestay. We specially arranged to stay in the homestay for half a day to enjoy the indoor facilities: billiards table, swimming pool, karaoke and barbecue grill. It was like having a happy party. It was very memorable. The homestay is not far from the mall and supermarket. Great, recommended.

Detached three-story building, very good location, small yard in front of the door for parking.The room is very spacious, the bed is large, the quilt is comfortable, and each room has a private bathroom and shower.Suitable for multi-person travel and living.It would be perfect if the living room on the first floor had air conditioning.The host responded promptly, a very satisfying stay.

This home was exactly as described. It’s in a quiet street a walkable distance to great restaurants. Very original setting. Within a home environment.

The accommodation is quiet and peaceful. The house is large and spacious, but it’s quite far from tourist attractions. The entrance to the alley is a bit deep. If distance isn’t an issue, this is definitely a place worth staying. The owner responds quickly.

Very nice villa in local area, same as the picture you could see and even better. House is brand new, and easy to find on google map. The host gives very clear instruction for check in and response very quick. Will recommend to everyone travel with family and friends.

This small house had a cosy, warm, clean and mediative feeling. Perfect for two people to share. You are surrounded by greenery and natural materials. Somporn lives next door with her family, dog and cat who are very well behaved and do not bother you at all. You can wake up in the morning to watch the sunrise from bed, bird watch, reflect and relax. The lake view is also a very lovely feature. There wasn't much of a walk to do in the area, or anything else really if you don't have transport so it is a place that allows little activity. We would've enjoyed this house a lot more if the house wasn't on the main road. The road noise is intrusive and sometimes there were street vendors right outside the door making noise. Somporn was a very communicative, helpful and respectful host and was always available to help. I really recommend to order from the local farm shop advertised, receiving the produce really made our stay a lot more interesting and the produce was great.

We have stayed a number of times in this splendid oasis of greenery and comfort . We are completely safe and at home here, with all the kitchen amenities you could need, a huge living space , an outdoor palapa I convert to a painting studio and maybe the best salt water, deep, beautifully landscaped pool we ever got to use. I cannot recommend this jewel of a place higher or its remarkably generous and thoughtful hosts. The gardener’s work or the neighbouring cabin’s occupant ( a mirror of ours across a lotus pond) will sometimes be audible but it’s very peaceful. San Kampaeng and Bo Sang are enough for us (we rent a scooter), and having some Thai language certainly helps but it’s honestly such a relief to get away from the tourist centric stuff and be in normal Thai culture , with real food and the price locals pay. Getting to buy fresh locally grown fruit and veg is pure heaven, the flavours are so much better than what we get at home. We count on coming back to stay again.

We had an incredible time at this beautiful pool villa! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. surrounded by greenery, and perfect for a refreshing dip any time of day. We spent most of our afternoons lounging poolside and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The host was fantastic – super friendly, responsive, and provided great local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. Check-in was smooth and easy, and everything was exactly as described in the listing

Brilliant stay

This Airbnb was so beautiful and a great stay for our group of 8 people. Definitely 5/5 stars and just an aesthetic place. Just a few things to note if visiting: the frogs at night are very loud, especially more so in the rooms closest to the living room but ear plugs and playing rain noise on our phones helped a lot. There is a rooster next door as well, but we didn’t totally mind an early wake up. Lastly, the pool is absolutely incredible but when the ground around it gets wet, it is dangerously slippery - just something to note if elderly or children will be visiting. We were just extra careful. I still think this place deserves a 5/5 though bc they are all manageable things and out of their control. It was also exceptional because they allowed for a late check out due to half of our group getting food poisoning and we appreciated that more than anything.

Nararat's place was a wonderful home away from home. She was very accommodating for my daughter providing a high chair, plates, silverware, and a sleeping cushion for her. This house is in a quiet neighborhood with easily accessible shops nearby to walk to for making meals at home. This accommodation served my family well as we spent our week in Chiang Mai. If my family goes back to Chiang Mai, I will be happy to book this house again.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to our host, Lalin, and share our experience here. This was actually my second stay in this stunning and artistically designed villa. The community surrounding it was just as tranquil and peaceful as when I visited last time. Originally, we had planned to stay for six nights, but unfortunately, we encountered a rather serious flooding situation that compelled us to move to a different area. Couldn't stay here longer . The host, Lalin, proactively communicated with me to alter the reservation and suggested checking out a few days earlier. If it hadn't been for her timely intervention, I would have been trapped in the flooding and unable to make it to the airport (as taxis were unable to access the area on the following day). Lalin recommended another area in location unaffected by the flooding, and as a result, everything went incredibly smoothly. I am immensely grateful for her assistance and would highly recommend her as a host.

If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful retreat, this is the best option — extremely private, with everything you need. The views matched the photos exactly, and Carsten was very helpful and responsive. Thank you for your great hospitality; I will definitely come again!

Our stay at Youdin Kindee was the best we had in Thailand, so far. The wonderful host, Ranee and her son Titan, as well as Jo the smiley house keeper made us feel right at home from the first moment. They were super friendly, helpful and just lovely people in general. The art and adobe buildings are beautiful and inspiring, as is the amazing surrounding view. The children learned to fish, feed the animals and were free to roam the grounds and play, swim in the pool and just enjoy. Lastly, Youdin Kindee was a wonderful place for a much needed rest and healing time from Chiang Mai city. We appreciate the farm so much! And will forever cherish our experience there. Probably a special fate for us to stay at Moon and Hank's country cottage, which was the biggest highlight of this trip.Self hire car drives past, very good find with clear signage.After going in, it is like a cottage in Tao Yuan Ming Poetry, and I think the scene in Taohua is no more.Clean kitchen and bathroom with a cozy bedroom as well as beds. Moon prepares a super hearty Asian breakfast every morning and comes over from time to time to show us the spices from the yard, the seeded fruit as well as the super big snails in the pond.Moon and family also took us to a Bushkund event in the opposite temple, which was a special experience.For leaving, very reluctant, I hope to have the opportunity to stay here next time and experience the most relaxing and comfortable Chiang Mai life.May Moon and Hank be safe and happy and trust we will see you again. We had an amazing week at this beautiful home! The location was perfect—nestled in a peaceful village, yet still close to so many great activities and delicious cafes. The house was exactly as described in the listing: clean and comfortable. It truly felt like home from the moment we arrived. We especially loved the pool and it was a highlight for our whole group! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the cleaners who cared for the property during our stay were so kind and thoughtful. We’d love to come back again someday!

This is a quiet little piece of heaven in a corner of Chiang Mai tucked away on a hill. The location was stunning and if you are seeking serenity, this is exactly what you’d like. From fireflies that twinkle at night to the beautiful frangipani that was in bloom, and the layers of surrounding mountains, I loved every single bit of it. The cabin is tastefully designed, and comfortable. And what makes it all even more lovely are Apple and her partner Toshi… quietly making sure you are comfortable and every need is taken care of while being as unobtrusive as possible. I was amazed at their generosity and kindness in every single thing from the tiny details of the cookies in the kitchen to the delicious breakfast they served everyday. They did their best to accommodate every request I had and made me feel comfortable and at home as if with family, helped arrange transport and even checked in to ensure I was ok once I left. I feel blessed to have met them and stayed here.

Great place, really cool spot right on the edge of a creek. Very unique little house, feels like you're tucked away in your own little paradise. Very easy to get to central Chiang Mai. Bob has built something really special here. Super helpful guy and really friendly, I will definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing experience with Aey, firstly when I arrived he was very friendly and recommended me few nice places to visit and things to do. The place was also very beautiful with lots of greenery, stylish Thai bedroom and bathroom. I was greeted with a coffee every morning and even asked for it in a takeaway flask and he provided! Awesome service from a very friendly family. The host will go out of his way to make sure you have a great experience!

Aaron is one of the best hosts I have ever had! Super helpful and always there to help! The space was super big and if you are planning to come with your family this might be a great choice! The place is nearby the night market and there is great food around! :)

It was a great stay experience and all the staff and bosses were very kind and welcoming.It was very clean and there was no AC, it might be hot at noon, but it was cooler after the sun went down and the fan in the room was enough.We didn't go out to eat during our stay, the cafe in the homestay can book a meal, it is very delicious!Every meal at the cafe, the environment is comfortable, thank you!
