We enjoyed our stay here. The host was great! It’s in a more local neighborhood but the room was very cool and the internet connection was really good. There were a few small issues we had with washer and dirty shower caulk, but the host was very helpful. We would recommend.

Mr sha always tries to respond quickly and help on request. The accommodation is clean, and in particular, the swimming pool is in a nice place where you can see the river. Also, it's by the river, so the wind blows, and I think it's good to take a walk in the accommodation, especially in the evening. There is a market on Tuesdays and Fridays a week next to the Commerce Department building next door. You can buy a lot of food and fruits and other choices at a good price. It's a little far from downtown, but I love swimming and exercising, and it was nice to feel the local atmosphere.

Excellent! Quiet location, but not to far from bts (10-15 min walk or 3 min motorbike taxi) Cafe, resturants and 7-11 just around the corner. Great space in room, and big balcony! Room is located in corner, and top floor. Will highly recommend it! Great communication with the host. Wifi speed good. There is also a big fridge, microwave and even an airfryer in the room! All ++++ 10/10

We had a cozy stay in this apartment! It was exactly like described and shown in pictures. Hosts are super friendly and easygoing, always replying quickly to any questions I happened to have. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, with clear instructions that made everything easy. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. Location is excellent, just next to a mall with multiple eateries and a 24h grocery store, not to mention all the outlets and even a cinema. It’s a great choice if you are attending any event at Impact Arena or Lawn Tennis Association Thailand. Would definitely stay again!

Nee was a fantastic host for us during our short trip to Bangkok. We arrived early in the morning after a long overnight bus from southern Thailand so we were very happy with her flexibility towards early check ins that day! The location was great for us, as we picked it to be closer to our flight the following morning from the DMK airport, it was also a short Grab ride away from other points of interest in town, and fairly walkable to the nearest metro line! The place itself is quite tidy and had all the necessities we were looking for. We liked that all the rooms were separated by doors as well, since my partner and I have different daytime schedules, he could do his remote work in the living room at any time without being distracted if I was cooking in the kitchen or resting up in the bedroom. After a long trip the washing machine and AC were must have features and the bed was one of the comfiest we had on our trip!! 10/10 recommend Nee’s place for anyone coming to Bangkok!

Nice place to stay with restaurants (+7/11) and markets near by. Near train station. Quiet place day and night. One suggestion : having a bigger table to work on computer

Penny's apartment is in a very quiet local area next to Khlong Bang Phai MRT. If you want to experience living in a nice authentic peaceful Thai neighborhood it's a very nice option. There are some really nice local food options around and lots of convenient stores. The apartment itself is cozy and has everything you need if you are a minimalist.

This condo was hands down one of the best I have ever stayed with. Krittee was always extremely proactive & helpful with whatever questions I had, I couldn’t have imagined better hosts. The beautiful space is absolutely perfect for any type of resident. I stayed for three+ months & could not have asked for anything more out of the amenities or from the hosts. There is a kitchen, gym, pool, cleaning service, kind security & the location is near perfect if you are looking to stay around Salaya… especially if you are attending Mahidol University where I was able to walk, quickly taxi bike or shuttle to each day! It’s also located alongside many other condominiums & surrounded by good food! I would heavily recommend this apartment to anyone looking… will most certainly be hoping to revisit this stay in the future.

勇 is a great host! I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment. Everything you need is conveniently located right below the building, including various shops and a 7-Eleven. The area is calm and peaceful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

Curry’s place was clean and very cozy. Super convenient too with everything you need right down stairs. We loved our stay!!

I was really satisfied with my stay here. short distance to BTS and 5-10 minute walk to lots of cafe, and food options. im not sure you can find better value in Bangkok at this level of quality and convenience. Would definitely stay again.

I recommend it. The photos are accurate, and the apartment is cozy and equipped with everything necessary. The only downside is that you can clearly hear the neighbors from the next apartment — though I suspect this is due to structural issues after the earthquake (there are visible cracks at the wall joints, which seem more like damage from a natural disaster than a flaw of the apartment itself). I believe the owner will fix it soon.

Enjoyed our stay here. Jane was super communicative and responsive. The place was decorated very well with many unique touches. Appreciated the various lighting options. It was clean and WiFi was excellent. Great balcony view and good location. The one downside for us was the pigeons calling the balcony their second home. The AC compressor is also outside right by where they do their business, so the AC air coming in is a bit stale and not very fresh. There’s a good air purifier inside which helps but something to consider if you’re sensitive.

I had a great time in this flat. I would recommend this place absolutely. River view is much more calm and quiet than the other side. Great view over the river on the 38th. Amazing balcony with high chairs. Would book again

I had a great stay here! The room is beautifully decorated in a clean, modern-minimalist style exactly like the photos. It’s super clean and well-maintained, and the location is perfect, right near Phra Athit Road in Bangkok. There are plenty of cool cafes and restaurants nearby, and it’s close to the river too. Ekawit was really helpful and responsive, always quick to reply whenever I had a question. I felt very welcome and taken care of. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Bangkok!

A Perfect Stay in Bangkok! This loft was an absolute gem—spotless and beautifully designed with incredible attention to detail. The linens smelled amazing, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—honestly one of the best I’ve ever slept in. The highlight? Three terraces offering stunning panoramic views of the city—morning coffee and evening sunsets were unforgettable. Karol and Kay were outstanding hosts—responsive, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay here, it was super clean, great location and great amenities. Would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back. Note - There are quite a few stairs to walk up so might struggle for elderly or people with disabilities.
