Beautiful house with beautiful garden, tastefully and relaxedly furnished. In the kitchen and house there was everything we needed. On individual days there was a lot of air traffic over the island. For our dog there were walking opportunities in the vicinity of the house. We felt very comfortable.

Our stay at Villa Duindoorn was perfect. It all started with the nicest welcome note and Robert’s kind offer to pick us up at the train station. From our very first impression, we loved everything about the house: the pictures and paintings everywhere, the handpicked designer furniture, the flowers, the books and the blooming garden. We immediately felt at home. The kitchen was very well-equipped: a fridge that makes ice cubes, an espresso machine, a big gas stove, sharp knives and all the basics we needed - including fresh eggs from the chickens in the garden! Once you enter the 1st floor, you find yourself in Pipi longstocking‘s Villa with the cosiest wallpaper, cloud-like beds, and loads of fresh towels! Robert and Karin showed us their property and invited us to use everything- from the swimming pool to the hammock and all the benches, seatings and little sun islands they have created. The property is located 20 mins from Schiphol Airport, in a quiet gated community. The house was neat and clean and located beside a water canal. The kitchen and cutlery were well stocked. The furniture was comfortable. Plenty of towels provided. Easy to get to the city and to the other attractions. As stated in the description there is no washer / dryer. Bedrooms are located on the floor above the ground floor, the stairs are a bit steep. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very responsive, friendly and courteous. Upon request we were given a late checkout which was very helpful and very kind of the host. Indeed a superhost! Would love to come back someday!

We spent a long weekend in the house and absolutely loved it! The house is cosy and the environment is really beautiful, with plenty to do nearby. The hosts are super nice as well :)

A beautiful house with all the advantages for a wonderful vacation. It has a great ambiance with plenty of space. The wardrobe is large and bright. The living and dining area is very nicely designed, the kitchen has all the features (dishwasher at standing height, great coffee maker, super stove, Quooker, dishes and glasses - very nice). The guest toilet on the first floor has a great design. The top two floors have very stylish high-quality furnishings with beautiful lighting. The bathroom is fully equipped, also very high quality. The garden is also very nicely designed with several seats with a very pleasant atmosphere, also covered. Everything was perfectly clean and beautiful, as shown in the pictures. The location is ideal for short distances to Alkmaar, Amsterdam and the sea. The lake in Akersloot is around the corner. We can fully recommend the house and will be happy to come back. Gertrude’s house is lovely. You can tell she uses it herself because it’s so well appointed. Gertrude met us on check in, was very welcoming and talked us through everything. We had one issue the next morning, but she was very responsive in sorting it out. The area is lovely. We hired e-bikes and were able to cycle to Utrecht as well as a country ride to view windmills. Amsterdam is a little further but I’m sure enthusiasts could cycle there. We caught the bus from 5 mins walk away then the train from Hilversum. We would stay again if visiting the area.

hermiëtte is realy a nice host, she's so helpfull. she have a really nice house too, it was so clean and neat. and it has all the facility u can have in as a family house. it is close to the park, and the park have a nice playground. its not too far from the station, its around 15min with bicycle, she even lend us their bicycles. it have a heater, so we don't freeze at winter weather, she also put so many winter coat, shawl, gloves, beanies, and warm blanket that we can use. it also have many toys n activity for children. my kids definitely love the big trampoline outside. such a lovely place to stay with family n kids. we love it. thank you Hermiëtte and Al, we really have a nice stay at this house. definitely will stay here again if we go to denhaag.

We had an amazing stay at Rick's Airbnb! The home had everything we needed and had plenty of spaces to relax. Rick was very responsive to any communication and had suggestions regarding local restaurants and facilities such as a gym. We highly recommend staying here.

Really enjoyed this last minute booking after arranging our tickets to the historic Dutch GrandPrix 2021 Formula 1. The Host Vivian was a great communicator pre, during and post the event. She arranged a pass through ticket to the closed event area within Zandvoort, which was a unique ticket to have closer access to the event by car. The house has a lot of charm, especially the living room and the garden with its relaxing area that was very welcome after a day of 20 thousands steps in Zandvoort.

Great place in a super unique location right next to a restored and operating windmill. The bed arrangement was super cool and different which our children loved. Highly recommended for any big group. Lots of sleeping accommodations and close to Amsterdam and many other attractions.

An absolute gem right on the canal – a dream come true for design lovers! This house is simply a little paradise in the middle of Haarlem! The location right on the canal is not only picturesque, but also wonderfully quiet – perfect for relaxing. The small garden is a green oasis, lovingly designed and ideal for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The interior is exceptional – modern, exclusive and with a lot of flair for style and atmosphere. Every detail is thoughtful, every piece of furniture seems to be chosen wisely. You can feel right away: here someone with heart and a fine sense of design has been set up. The beds are wonderfully comfortable!

Marjolein was a perfect hostess. Her home was spacious and clean and very comfortably slept my group of 8 for 9 days. She welcomed us to her home with a pot of home-made soup and was kind and hospitable. She went as far as helping us book a cab last minute and had wonderful recommendations for all kinds of things. The home is conveniently located by the train making trips to Amsterdam easy and affordable. My group and I would highly recommend her home to anyone looking to stay in the Netherlands.

Dennis is a very nice man, we did not have any problems with check in or check out, the house is beautiful and decorated with everything. You hardly need to bring anything with you. The kitchen the bathroom bedrooms were all nice and wonderful.

We had a fantastic stay from check-in to check-out. The instructions were clear, and whenever we had any questions, the hosts were easy to reach and very helpful. The house was even bigger than we had imagined, which was a wonderful surprise. We had a fantastic weekend—thank you all for making it such an enjoyable experience, and the Jacuzzi and pool perfect temperature.

We had an amazing stay at Sonja’s place. Everything was just perfect. The location was excellent. The neighbourhood is beautiful. A row of houses with the canal as the backyard. Absolute peace and quiet and extremely secure. It’s a 4 minute walk to the tram station where there’s a tram every 10 min to the Central Station. It just takes 10 minutes to reach Central Station. The living area and kitchen are brilliant with all necessary equipments. The backyard is brilliant with an easy access to the canal. We didn’t use the pizza oven and the barbecue but I reckon they would be great when used. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and the view from the open space from there is lovely. The bathroom is huge and has a sun roof. Overall a brilliant experience. Sonja was very responsive and left a detailed note on how things work. We (2 adults and 2 kids) loved the stay and will again stay there in a heartbeat.

The house is located in the Vakantie park Roompot in Kijkduin Den Haag. It was easy to reach and you could use all the amenities of the park. The beautiful beach can be reached within 5min. The house was nice, a little bit aged - but that doesn't matter since we were outside all the time anyways. Guus was a wonderful and helpful host.

It was wonderful! The house is a dream, the outdoor area with a large terrace including a fireplace, pool, and a beautiful garden is even more so. We enjoyed the house so much that we simply canceled some plans for the weekend to stay there. Ank is always approachable and was able to support us with her kind and friendly manner whenever we needed it. Truly a dream place! We love it!
