Located in the quaint resort village of Nopolo, this premium condo has commanding ocean and mountain views, a large balcony terrace, fully equipped kitchen, A/C, Washer/Dryer, WiFi, and cable TV. The condo is on the 4th floor and accessed by elevator or stairs. The common area features a large and meandering wading and swimming built-in pool (not heated) surrounded by palapas and lounge chairs, and a sandy lounge/play area. The Hemingway Suite in Casa de La Mar is a gorgeous, two bedroom, two full bathroom apartment. The space features a massive great room with its own bar, a fully stocked kitchen, and two balconies with views of both the Sea of Cortez and the Sierra de la Giganta mountains. The massive master suite has a California king bed, incredible en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. The second bedroom features two full-size beds bringing the units capacity to 6 guests.

The property has parking for two cars, a laundry area, and green spaces. It is located at the main entrance to our magical town of Loreto. 2.5 km from the beach, 15 minutes on foot from downtown. Around the corner, you have an Oxxo store and an Autozone.
