This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

Cath and Phil really couldn't be more amazing hosts! Thankyou so so much for letting us use your amazing home for my mums hen party!! The house was immaculate, super spacious, set up for a full party and was just honestly incredible. More than I ever imagined!! We made great use of the huge kitchen, dining room, pool room, garden area, living room and much more. I couldn't recommend this house enough for a hen do! Anything you need cath and Phil will be there to help you. Absolutely perfect. Thankyou again cath and Phil, the memories we will cherish forever xxxxx

Had a long weekend here for my partners birthday. The home was amazing and Angela and the team put lovely finishing touches to the house for us and such a short walk into the middle of Holmfirth, we definitely plan on coming back again and would definitely recommend there is so much to do within such a short radius Thank you again

The property and the location was absolutely amazing , me and my friends have made some amazing memories there. The property felt luxurious and there were soo many personalised gifts for us upon arrival which were much appreciated. the host was very responsive whenever we had any questions I would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a country escape and I know I want to go back in the future.

Lovely stay, the farm was beautiful and the animal feeding was the highlight of our childrens’ stay. Pool was great, super clean everywhere, and they provided maps of local walks which we utilised too. Couldn’t have asked for much more.

We stayed for 2 nights at Delanie's property to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday. The house and it's facilities are amazing. The pool Hot Tub and bar area really make this an amazing place to celebrate birthday's and the like. Warm welcome and a great hamper upon check in and always on hand for any issues. Highly recommend this place if your looking for a luxury break away. Will be looking to return in the future.

A gorgeous weekend at the Hobbit House for our 10th wedding anniversary. From our arrival until we (sadly) departed, both Michael and Barbara were so attentive, accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Michael gave us a fab tour around the hobbit house pointing out everything we needed to know and then took us over to see the pool, ‘The Hut’ and around the stunning gardens. It's such a beautiful setting. Barabara kindly gave us a couple of mini Proseccos for our anniversary celebrations, such a lovely lady. The attention to detail in the house was 10/10 amazing. The building itself is super modern, from the smartplugs next to the bed and on the floor in between the lazy chairs, to the integrated blinds in all windows (including the sky light) and underfloor heating. The outside living roof beautifully blends in with the environment. They’ve literally thought of everything here. The decor was beautiful and cupboards generously stocked. We didn’t want to leave. We loved the cottage very comfortable amazing views in a beautiful setting. The hot tub overlooking the lake was idyllic. Sarah was a fabulous host nothing was too much trouble. Children friendly games etc well equipped the grandchildren loved the cats visiting, feeding the goats treats and playing in the garden. Plenty of wonderful walks we loved the canal walks stumbled across great cafes pubs and local shops...the local pub the junction had a great menu and food was delicious. We would definitely come back again thanks again Sarah

thoughtful amenities, responsive host, beautiful location with loads of nearby walking paths. Walking distance to shops, center of town, restaurants. A helpful and responsive host who made us feel welcome and at home in her cozy cottage and even gave us delicious treats!

We had a wonderful few days at Winkley Hall Farm. Fantastic property in a wonderful, peaceful location with everything you need for a relaxing, long weekend break. Our communication with our hosts was great from the moment we booked, to arrival and throughout our stay. And the lovely welcome gift was an added surprise and greatly appreciated! We were sad to leave and would definitely recommend this property, and will look to return at some point in the future.

Perfect place to work, exercise, cook and relax during a stressful period of work - I turned the upstairs room into my Yoga Room! Highly recommended

Great place to stay for a couple of weeks for work, very homely and had all I needed. I particularly loved the luxurious big bath and the patio garden is very nice too.

Charlotte's place was absolutely spotless and it felt like no expense was spared which was so refreshing to see. Everything was just perfect; the beds were super comfy and the bedding was good quality. The kitchen and kitchen applinances were prestine and the views were something else. We also enjoyed a fab sunday lunch at the white hart inn. Highly recommend!

Only booked a single night for a gig in Manchester, place was spotless, lovely quality linens and towels etc. Nelo was kind enough to facilitate an early check in for us. Complementary tea and coffee was a nice touch, and although we didn’t use kitchen, it was well stocked with equipment etc for cooking in. Would use again, close to a large Morrisons and taxi cheap to train station 😊

The house was very nice, had left out towels for us. Mike was very responsive and nice, if we had any questions we knew who to speak to because of this.

We had a family get together at The Old Vicarage and we had the best time. Very impressed with rooms , the cleanliness and feel of the place .

What a beautiful stay! The cottage is surrounded by green with beautiful landscape out every window. You can hear the river through the bedroom windows - so relaxing. It’s a gorgeous walk into Hebden Bridge; the other way stunning trails up to Hardcastle Crags and Gibson Mill. The cottage is super well set up for post-walk relaxing, with everything you need in the kitchen, lots of cozy seating in the living room, and am amazing great big bath. Ashley is an incredible host and has thought of everything, so friendly and helped make sure we were getting the most out of our stay and the special events on in Hebden Bridge. To top it all off, a fabulous basket of homemade goodies was waiting for us on arrival. I couldn’t recommend Kindness Cottage more.
