The bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, while the living/working/dining area with its own tea/coffee station invites you to linger. The large terrace with seating area is a wonderful place to relax. PLEASE NOTE: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

Dear guests, our quiet but centrally located semi-detached house is located in Norderstedt Mitte (near Hamburg). Within walking distance: U1 station Norderstedt Mitte (within approx. 7-8 min.) as well as the bus station, all shopping facilities, as well as doctors. Reachable by car: Airport approx. 20 min. AEZ shopping center approx. 25 min. Hamburg city center approx. 45 min. Hamburg harbor approx. 30 min. The free parking lot is right next to the house and the terrace in front of it.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is 8 minutes' walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city center and harbor can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Ahrensburg has around 35,000 inhabitants and borders directly on Hamburg. Ahrensburg is known for its castle, among other things. The accommodation is a 100sqm semi-detached house built in 1998 with a small, cozy front garden, terrace, carport, 4 rooms, a shower and bathtub, as well as a guest toilet and a kitchen.
