The bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, while the living/working/dining area with its own tea/coffee station invites you to linger. The large terrace with seating area is a wonderful place to relax. PLEASE NOTE: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

Within walking distance: U1 station Norderstedt Mitte (within approx. 7-8 min.) as well as the bus station, all shopping facilities, as well as doctors. Reachable by car: Airport approx. 20 min. AEZ shopping center approx. 25 min. Hamburg city center approx. 45 min. Hamburg harbor approx. 30 min. The free parking lot is right next to the house and the terrace in front of it.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: The S-Bahn is within 8 minutes' walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Dank einer Küche habt ihr die Wahl, zwischen Kochen und auswärts essen. Restaurants und das beste Franzbrötchen der Stadt sind in direkter Umgebung. In die Innenstadt gelangt ihr nach 5 Gehminuten zur Bahn mit der U1 in nur 18 oder in nur 10 Minuten ins schöne Eppendorf oder Alster.

Other things to take into account: We live in the house next door and are therefore quickly on site if anything is unclear.
