Holiday rentals with lake access in Nordfriesland

Everything worked out great. We 8 people were very warmly welcomed and everything was explained and shown to us. We all thought the garden with all the bamboo was very beautiful.

The house and garden are very nice and very clean and well maintained. Everything you need is available, even the kitchen is very well equipped. The double bed was very comfortable. The whirlpool was the highlight for us, simply wonderful for relaxing. Communication and check-in went smoothly. We will be happy to come back.

It was a beautiful accommodation close to the Schlei, where you can feel at home. Matthias is a great host who is always eager to help you in a friendly way. Thanks we'll be back for sure!

Finn and Bente were good hosts, and had written a warm welcome to us! We chose the house because of its location and the good space. Everything worked and clear signage helped us there when Google would have sent us in the opposite direction. The good space did everything for us, good parking options, and quick answers from Finn were important. Super place!

We had a great stay. Where we felt well received. It emanated coziness and chocolate and home pressed apple juice for us upon arrival. The house lived up to what we had seen in the photos. A really nice place where we would love to come again🤗

Traveling alone, 60+, May/June 2025, 5 days, without a car. Perfect for the first half of the Gendarmen Path, with local buses or rental bikes (in Grasten ;). Net directly in the picturesque village. The apartment really had EVERYTHING you could need. Very modern, artistic, cozy, Danish. Lajla was always available for questions and exchange by email (or cell phone), but everything was so well explained and directed on site that I could simply get into the holiday pleasure. Would come again:)

The accommodation was very cozy and idyllic. There was everything you could ever need. Ina even offered us to stay longer on the day of departure, as there were no direct follow-up guests. Overall highly recommended!

We had booked the "charming" house as part of a family celebration for 11 guests. Everyone felt completely comfortable and Stefanie was extremely nice and accommodating! Particularly beautiful was the feel-good atmosphere and the cozy garden. Our guests were only in the house for sleeping, actually very unfortunate because it is really beautiful and very well maintained here. All questions were answered by Stefanie, the contact was always straightforward and friendly. If we are in need again, we will be very happy to use the house again.

We were very kindly greeted at the accommodation, a small horse farm, and Bodil explained everything to us in detail and she also gave us tips on what to do in the area. The accommodation had everything we needed and was very clean. Our little daughter (1.5 years old) also liked it very much. You can't do much on foot, but you can quickly get to Ribe by car or bike. Due to the great 5-day stay, we can definitely recommend the accommodation.

The apartment is simply beautifully located on both sides by the water, with magnificent views. There is really everything you need for a successful vacation, the kitchen is well equipped and everything very clean. The apartment is ideally laid out, even if you are traveling with children. There are two separate spacious bedrooms with large double beds and the parents can still sit quietly in the beautiful living room or on the balcony in the evening. We made excursions to Legoland (just under 1 hour away) and to the surrounding towns, both very nice. Looking for mussels and amber on the beach right outside the front door was great for the children. Jesper was super friendly and always available when we had questions, check in and out were quick and hassle-free. Thank you for the lovely Easter getaway!

My father and I needed a couple of nights when we were going to see the Viking Museum Haithabu and Gottorp Castle. For that purpose, Indra's apartment was perfect with walking distance to the Hedeby museum and otherwise nice peace and quiet for relaxation. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and everything is clean and tidy.

I stayed at Brunhild's place for six weeks while completing a fellowship in Kiel, and really can't speak highly enough about the accomodation or her. The apartment was lovely and had everything you need, even for longer stays, and the location in the countryside in Felde, near the Westensee as well as connections to Kiel, Rendsburg etc. was fabulous. Brunhild was really warm and welcoming. Thank you so much for a lovely six week, hope to see you again.

Great modern apartment that is nicely decorated and leaves nothing to be desired. We slept very well here. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi is limited and you should do without streaming movies - we no longer find that in a contemporary way and should be improved. To the place: Norderhafen is very quiet and small and there are only a few isolated restaurants + the swimming pool within walking distance. There is no promenade, but a dyke with sheep. :) For further activities you have to use the car and drive a little further to other places, you should be aware of this beforehand. Finally, a note: this apartment is significantly more expensive on AirBnB than with a direct booking with the provider. We were very annoyed when we noticed this after booking. Just google the apartment. We had a nice vacation overall and recommend the accommodation with a clear conscience.

We were in the "Lotte" for the second time and were just as enthusiastic as the first time. In the really beautiful apartment you immediately feel comfortable, the decor is very tasteful and minimalist. In the kitchen there is everything you need for a stay. The location is a dream, right on the Schlei. If you are looking for peace and love nature, this is the place to be. Flemming is a very good host, he proactively provided us with tips that were valuable. Thank you, Flemming! We will definitely come next time.

We had a great stay at Stefanie's place. The place is perfect for trips with a larger group of friends. Stunning view, great terrace, lots to do. We especially enjoyed the boat trip with Sönke and the trip to Friedrichstadt. Both were recommendations by Stefanie. The amenities provide everything you are looking for: bbq, great terrace, large kitchen, stand-up paddle, board games, etc. Stefanie was very responsive, understanding and friendly. She provided great recommendations and was very helpful. She greeted us with a drink and we felt welcome straight away. i have already recommended the place to a friend

The name my2home is just right here. Very good amenities, everything tip top clean. Lots of great tips for excursions, restaurants and activities. Everything you need is available in the house. Kitchen with complete equipment and complete accessories, sugar, coffee, ice cubes, etc. top 👍 The winter garden is a dream :-) Heike and Schacki are mega hosts. Always friendly, helpful and accommodating. You feel like home. The location of the house is top. Very quiet, beautiful in the countryside and yet everything within walking distance in Barmstedt. Absolute recommendation, there is nothing to complain about here. Thank you for the lovely weekend.

Very nice stay right on the border between Denmark and Germany within walking distance via nature trail to Nolde Museum in Seebüll. Quiet house, nicely decorated and perfect for two adults and two children. Hostess Heike was extremely welcoming. We'd love to come back.

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful wooden cottage. It is very tastefully decorated and of high quality. We really didn't miss anything. The best view is through the window front towards the dike with the possibility of bird watching. We had somewhat worse weather, but we were able to take advantage of the sauna in the accommodation and organize the time in the great apartment freely. You can explore the area wonderfully by bike or on foot. Heike and Rasmus are very warm and friendly hosts. Thank you again for the wonderful time at your place!

phenomenal!! Great location, great view and Steffen has really thought of everything. a fully equipped kitchen, many games, cushions for the seats outside, fire bowl, mini-boats and and and... a really great property, which looks much smaller and less stunning in the pictures than it actually is. we were overwhelmed! thank you for the great vacation

We were at Boike and Sinah's place for a long weekend. Everything is as described and even more beautiful! The place is well equipped and it lacks nothing. You feel right at home, everything is clean and cozy. The area is beautiful and the few people you meet there are all super nice! Just like Boike & Sinah. The communication with the two was great and they gave us great tips and renting the canoe was also great. We'd love to come back! 🐑

We were very satisfied all around. The holiday home is very nice, almost directly on the sea, has a beautiful terrace with a great view of the sea. The amenities are above average. The landlords are very hospitable, accommodating and uncomplicated and helpful when necessary. It was also special that children's dishes and cutlery were specially thought of in advance for our little son.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation from the beginning, which is simply wonderful, so directly on the water. Equipped with everything, even for the little ones, we did not get bored and we enjoyed the extended weekend with excursions in the area and relaxed time in the house/garden. Bettina has furnished the vacation home lovingly and stylishly and we will definitely come back again.
