Do you recognize this? Suddenly you've had enough. Take a break. Breath break. Relax. You can already see it all in front of you. A detached holiday home with garden. Not on a par. Modern guesthouse including sauna. Beautifully located in the outskirts of Enschede. In the middle of nature and yet also close to the built-up area. Beautiful base for wonderful hiking and cycling tours in 't Twentse land. Recreation area 't Rutbeek nearby, as well as 't Buurserzand and Witteveen. The guest house has all the comforts, including bed linen, bath and kitchen towels, but also tea, coffee, herbs, toilet paper, paper towels and dishwashing cubes for the dishwasher have been thought of.

The small half-timbered house is located at the foot of the Teutoburg Forest, near the Dortmund-Ems Canal. The non-smoking guest house can accommodate up to 3/4 people on 2 levels on approx. 60 square meters. Downstairs: Large, open area, with kitchen, living room and guest bed. The bathroom with shower is in the next room. Upper floor: Bedroom with double bed (1.40 m by 2.00 m). On the fenced property you will find a seating area, including a grill. Dogs and horses can also vacation with us!

Forest bungalow with lots of privacy.

Wipperoen cottage has been in our family for 50 years. It is not on a holiday park, extra safe in these corona times! In 2018, it was completely renovated and equipped with a new kitchen, lovely beds and underfloor heating. The best part is that it's in the middle of the trees. All freedom on our own grounds of 1100m2! From the cottage you can walk into the forest in 5 minutes. Gees is centrally located in Drenthe: Emmen, the beautiful Orvelte and the shops of Hoogeveen are 20 minutes by car.

Het gaat hier om een eenvoudige kleine vakantiewoning die geschikt is voor bewoning voor een (klein) gezin. Het is “back to Basic” en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, maar is niet luxueus. Dit prachtige stukje natuur ligt in de nabijheid van het dorp Boekelo. Het huisje ligt geheel vrijstaand met uitzicht over weilanden en bos waar wilde reëen grazen. Boekelo ligt op steenworp afstand en ook Enschede is dichtbij genoeg voor de mensen die tijdelijk naar de UT moeten voor hun werk.
