The cottage is located at Gissjön with beautiful views 3 mil NV of Örnsköldsvik, High Coast. No party place. It is a quiet and relaxing environment. The cottage has its own beach with swimming facilities. Also close to the public bathing area Granto. The bathing area has a nice sandy beach with a sauna and is located in a unique rock pot with vertical rock walls. In the same area is one of Sweden's longest urban caves, Skallberg caves. In winter there are plenty of snowmobile trails. Nice fishing grounds all around.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Here you can enjoy the silence and the nature. This simple home is located at the top of Stybbersmark Lake. Here you have access to both a rowing boat and raft that you can go out and fish/swim from. If you like hiking, you have Arnäsleden just outside the fence yard. At the grill ring you can then grill the fish you caught, or relax in the sauna that you burned up both the hot water and the unit with or just relax in front of any of the stoves.

You will have the full 2nd floor (105 m2) at your disposal with 3 bedrooms/4 beds, toilet/shower, fully equipped kitchen (with stove, oven, and microwave), dinner table, and TV area. The area is great for walking (2 km. to the Husån waterfalls), cycling (20 km. to Salusand beach), and swimming (4 km. to the local lake beach). The ICA Nära and gas station are only 400 meters away.
