Beautiful lake house overlooking Tjeldsundet. Quiet surroundings with both hiking terrain and fishing opportunities just outside the house. Midnight sun in the summer, and a great chance to see the Northern Lights in the winter. Great location between Lofoten/Vesterålen, Harstad and Harstad/Narvik/Evenes airport. The lake house has 2 floors, with kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, hallway and entrance. Private laundry room with access to washing machine. Great terrace right over the water's edge, and from the living room on the 2nd floor there is a separate balcony.

The view

Here you can enjoy the silence, see sea eagles up close and fish jumping right below the mountain. If you are lucky you can see porpoises (whales) and sperm whales, saithe and mackerel shoals. In this modern residence, you can seek peace and relax in a beautiful landscape. It is located rurally at the end of Eidsfjorden in Vesterålen, about 15 km from the center of Sortland. Suitable as a starting point for trips to Øksnes, Andøya, Hadsel and Lofoten. There are also great hiking/summit ski areas right outside the house. The area is rich in sea eagles and there is a high probability that you will be able to spot one. You can also rent a boat for fishing in the fjord.

A brand new cottage from 2017, located in Senja, the second largest island in Norway. Only 1 hour driving from the city Finnsnes. About 50 minutes by ferry to the city Harstad. From the cottage you have easy access to several mountain tops, hiking, hunting, lakes, both saltwater and freshwater fishing. The cottage has two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, and living/dining area.
