All amenities in the immediate vicinity and beautiful green areas just outside the door. Three minutes to walk to the subway that goes to the city center in ten minutes. Shopping center is located within a three-minute walk from the apartment, here you will find, among other things, a grocery store, pharmacy and Vinmonopol. Walkway right into Nordmarka and down to Oslo city center from the apartment.

Bakery, grocery stores, pharmacy, liquor store and pizza restaurant nearby. The owner lives in the main part of the house himself and is helpful with questions, and also has a dog that loves people.

About 30 min by public transport to the city center, bus 4 min away - right by Rema1000. Also a short distance to forest and fields, as well as swimming water. A quiet and child-friendly area. Parking with a parking ticket in the app (right side when you drive in from the main road), limited number of spaces, but street parking is also not far away.

Two comfortable bedrooms, open living room/kitchen solution. Quiet housing association with nice and family-friendly neighborhood. Short distance to the countryside and Akerselva, shops, public transport, and city life in Nydalen and Storo. 20 min to the city center by public transport - perfect balance between tranquility and centrality.
