It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the common jetty and our own jetty is about 70 meters with stairs down to the water. Quiet, undisturbed cabin 20 min drive from Ryen There are large open areas with forest but also some private areas. Langenvannet is about 10 km long and we are located in the middle of the lake. If you want to go for a walk in the woods, it is best if we explain where you can go for the best possible walk. Avoid private properties

We live in a semi-detached house with a nice garden and a 30 square meter balcony. Our house is upgraded with new furniture and appliances, heating and ventilation system. It is located in Sofiemyr (Kolbotn) just outside Oslo. The house has 2 floors with a bathroom on each floor. On the first floor we also have the kitchen, dining room and the living room with exit to the balcony and garden. On the second floor we have the sleeping rooms with a bathroon and a small toilet.
