Nice hiking trails all year round. Child-friendly, lots of playgrounds right outside. Peaceful with little noise. Lovely terrace! Free parking in common parking lot. Short distance to The Well spa, Tusenfryd, Kolbotn with good restaurants and shopping center. Grocery/pharmacy in the immediate vicinity and 5 min walk to the direct bus that takes you to Oslo S in 30 min

From my central and undistinguishing end terraced house, the whole group has easy access to a great patio of 50 sqm, with trampoline and various toys, 50 meters to play areas, Tusenfryd 10 min away, Oslo 25 min away by car and 17 min by train, Østfoldbadet, Drøbak 10 min. There are 3 bedrooms (180, 160, 120) and a TV lounge with sofa bed (160) with attached top mattress. There are 3 TVs, all with cromecast. The area has a good offer with public transport. Kiwi, Meny, and Rema 1000 are only a short drive away. The apartment is in a green area surrounded by townhouses and single-family homes. The Lambertseter stream runs along the property, and flows into Ljans river nearby.
