On the edge of a "jøl" (a type of riverbank), created by the river's thousand-year effort to reach the fjord, the cabin partially floats in the terrain. Situated completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking the cultural landscape and village, this is a perfect place for both relaxation and activity.

Unique design, large window surfaces, and rooms on multiple levels. One bedroom with a double bed, and a large sofa bed in the loft/TV room. Tiled bathroom by bedroom. The lower floor with double gate, view of the fjord, and with its own toilet/laundry room and fridge/freezer.

Our cabin, "Bjørkeli", is located undisturbed in Engeskaret in Almestranda, and has panoramic views of the beautiful Vartdalsfjorden and the majestic Sunnmørsalps. Here you wake up to birdsong and can enjoy nature and morning coffee on the spacious terrace. The cabin has new, comfortable outdoor furniture, fire pan and barbecue. The place, Bjørkeli, is 50 years old. It has charm and a personal touch on furniture and interior. We think you'll be fine here.

Cozy cabin right on the seafront, with the fjord as the closest neighbor. The cabin consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, hallway and loft. Plus, there is a great barbecue house. Here you can enjoy quiet days at the fjord or you have a good starting point for getting around the many sights and activities the area has to offer. The cabin can be used throughout the year, summer and winter. It takes approx. 10 minutes by car to Stryn city center. To Loen Skylift about 15-20 minutes.

Nyt den fantastiske utsikten fra dette idylliske stabburet lokalisert på Valderøya utenfor Ålesund. Stabburet er over hundre år gammelt, men er blitt renovert i flere runder. OBS! Stabburet har strøm, men ikke innlagt vann eller toalett. Gjester kan bruke dusj og toalett i hovedhuset som ligger 30 m unna. Surrounded by the Sunnmørsalpene, between Ørsta and Ålesund lies this unique waterfront house. A perfect starting point for mountain hiking and other attractions in Sunnmøre. Within an hour or two you can reach famous places such as Geiranger, Åndalsnes, Loen and the amazing bird island Runde. The Atlantic Park in Ålesund is also worth a visit. In Ørsta, 20 min. away, there are plenty of shops and restaurants.
