Das knapp 100m² große Haus mit gehobener Ausstattung und Blick in den Garten, befindet sich in einer ruhigen Straße, die etwa zwei Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und der Stadtmitte entfernt ist. Der Flughafen ist etwa vier Kilometer entfernt und mit Auto oder Bahn in ca. fünf Minunten zu erreichen. Die Frankfurter City sowie die Messe erreicht man in ca. 20-25 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Bahn. Für das tägliche Leben findet man einen gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt mit Bäckerei und Café in der Stadtmitte.

Im Herzen des Odenwalds, direkt am Waldrand, liegt unser Holzhaus im idyllischen Stadtteil Airlenbach der Stadt Oberzent. Unser, im Stil eines Forsthauses, eingerichtetes Holzhaus garantiert Ihnen Ruhe und Entspannung vom Alltag und bietet eine optimale Ausgangslage um den Odenwald zu erkunden. Pure Entspannung bietet die neue Holzterrasse mit großer Sitzgruppe und einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Das Ferienhaus bietet mit ca. 120 m² großzügig Platz für 6 - 8 Personen.

Cottage in beautiful Hattenheim

The cottage (about 70 square meters) is a converted barn and is listed as a monument. It is surrounded by vineyards, wineries, restaurants and only a 5-minute walk to the Rhine. Basically, it is only suitable for 2 people. The cottage is fully equipped with a washing machine/dryer, soda streamer, internet-enabled TV, Wi-Fi, lounge furniture on the terrace and many extras. Pets are welcome :-) I have hardly any reviews because the cottage was permanently rented.

Small apartment.

Piccolo appartamentino di 40 m² circa, accogliente e confortevole. Great for 2 people. It can accommodate up to 3, if it is a child, even 4. Located on the ground floor of my house with private entrance and parking space. Small apartment, about 40 square meters, cozy and comfortable. It is very suitable for 2 people, but up to 3 or 4 (one child) people can live there. It is located on the first floor of my house with its own entrance door and parking space.

BALTHASAR RESS Guesthouse am Rebhang im Rheingau

Das "Balthasar Ress Guesthouse" ist das Gästehaus des renommierten Weinguts Balthasar Ress im Rheingau. Vornehmlich für eigene Gäste des Weinguts konzipiert, steht es auch manchmal anderen Gästen zur Verfügung. Das Architektenhaus liegt in der Siedlung "Rebhang", eine der exklusivsten und schönsten Wohnlagen im Weinanbaugebiet Rheingau. Die Siedlung liegt auf rund 400m Höhe, rund 300m über dem Rhein und ist umgeben von Wiesen, Weinbergen und dem Wald.

Whether from the kitchen directly to the balcony or from the basement to the terrace: In between, the treetops always reveal the view of the Rhine valley. Fresh forest air is just a step away. Beautiful hiking or cycling trails to numerous excursion destinations start directly on the property, in the forest or the neighboring wine-growing communities.

Relaxen am Wald

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Alternative wooden house

My place is an hour south of Frankfurt, surrounded by nature. Well suited for groups and families looking for nature. There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen. Excellent living climate due to wood/clay construction.

The property is located in Dotzheim-Kohlheck, with quick access to the forest. The room with bathroom is about 19 m² and has a workplace with good Wi-Fi connection. The bed has a lying surface of 140 x 200 m. The nearest bus stop can be reached in about 5 minutes' walk and the city center is about 10 minutes drive away. The nearest Rewe or bakery with breakfast option can be reached in 10 minutes walk.
