The property, with an area of 11,000 square meters, is easily accessible in the front of the Odenwald. The A5 motorway near Weinheim can be reached in 10 minutes. From there, it is 20 minutes to Mannheim, 20 minutes to Heidelberg and about 40 minutes to Frankfurt Airport. Good shopping is available in Birkenau, 4.5 km away; restaurants are plentiful in the vicinity.

Our house stands on the edge of the forest and is in a large garden. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, directly under the roof. It is well equipped (see equipment) and is quiet. The nearby forest invites you to jog or go for a walk. We are only a 5 minute walk to the next bus stop. This line leads directly to downtown Darmstadt. The large garden including a playground and access to the stream can be used to relax, sunbathe, play with children, have a barbecue or have a nice evening.

Uns ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich zu Hause fühlen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen. Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.
