Shopping Center Columbus and Cultural Center Vuotalo are located in the center of Vuosaari just a few minutes walk away. There is a convenience store across the street. The terrace houses were designed by architect Touko Neronen and were completed between 1969 and 1971. The Museum of Architecture introduced the houses in an exhibition called Concrete dreams.
