Sopii erinomaisesti työmatkaajalle tai pieneen irtiottoon arjesta kumppanisi kanssa. Myös lomamatkailijat ovat tervetulleita. Lentokenttä n. 10min päässä autolla sekä junalla ja juna-asemalle 900 metriä eli 10min kävelymatka josta pääset Helsingin keskustaan 15 minuutissa. Valoista ja minimaalinen sisustus avartaa neliöt mahdollisimman suuriksi. Ikkunat länteen antavat aurinkoa loppupäiväksi, etenkin aurinkoisina päivinä. Nauti aamukahvit lasitetulla parvekkeella ja aloita etäpäiväsi työpisteellä tai lähde vaikka metsälenkille. Metsäpolun alku näkyykin jo parvekkeelta

Kaksio terassiparvekkeella

Kodikas ja valoisa huoneisto lähellä luontoa ja merta. Asunto sijaitsee Vuosaaren keskustan tuntumassa vain 20 minuutin metromatkan päässä Helsingin keskustasta. Kauppakeskus Columbus ja Kulttuurikeskus Vuotalo sijaitsevat Vuosaaren keskustassa vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Kadun toisella puolella on lähikauppa. Terassitalot on suunnitellut arkkitehti Touko Neronen ja ne valmistuivat vuosien 1969-1971 aikana. Arkkitehtuurimuseo esitteli talot näyttelyssä nimeltä Betoniunelmia.

Beautiful studio by the sea

Beautiful one room apartment on the sea side. In the middle of unique nature, only 15 km from the center of Helsinki. You can use the private beach of the apartment house. Hotel near by (100m) is offering services, in extra fee, like restaurant and beach sauna (the hotel is currently under renovation, so the services may change). The best way to get to the apartment is by a car, but the metro is also a good option (2,5km). There is a buses in the day time to the metro station and to the city.

Thankfulness to hostess Mia for a beautiful and cozy place to relax! The view from the window was stunning, there were forest and sea nearby, the sauna steam was excellent! The area is very convenient, a supermarket was open until late and within walking distance. The apartment had everything you need for a pleasant time. Mia herself met us and showed us around the apartment. I would really like to return to this place.

Spacious place with 2 bedrooms and cozy living room and dining room, bathroom and toilet is seperatedly. The surrounding has construction which take more time to find the way in from google maps. But inside it's so nice and there's also has a lift which is more convenience for heavy luggages

Fantastic host and amazing hospitality:) we feel very welcomed and looked after. It’d be helpful if the filters of the heating system can be cleaned more often as I have developed allergy to the trapped dust and small particles in the property:)

I cannot recommend Lana's apartment highly enough. The place was absolutely spotless, making for a very comfortable stay. The onboarding process was seamless; the host provided timely and flexible communication, and the clear instructions made it easy to find the property. The location was ideal for us, as we needed a place close to our friends in the city. However, the surroundings were truly idyllic, with a beautiful reserved forest on one side and the most picturesque beach on the other. Additionally, the metro and various amenities, including restaurants and supermarkets, were just a few metres from the house, making everything very convenient. Our host, Lana, was responsible and reliable, which added to the overall positive experience. I will definitely be returning to this fantastic place on our next visit to Helsinki!

Aurinkolahden asunto oli mainio tukikohta kävelyretkille lähiluontoon sekä päiväretkille Porvooseen ja Helsinkiin. Upea merenrantasijainti! Saimme avaimet Moken tuttavalta ja hän esitteli asunnon huolellisesti. Asunto vastasi kuvausta, siellä oli hyvin tilaa kaveriporukallemme, sängyt olivat hyvät ja perusvarustelu kunnossa. Ei ihan superpuhdasta ja pientä huollon tarvetta, mutta menisin uudestaan. Ravintola Villamo vieressä tarjoili todella kivan lounaan ja illalla hyvät pitsat. Hyvä huomata, että metro ei kulje Vuosaareen kesällä 2025. Jos kaipaat rauhallista yöpaikkaa ja tykkäät rantamaisemista, suosittelen.
