Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Norfolk County

This is a cute ADU within walking distance to the Route 128 station. The unit is very spacious and reasonably priced. Wuke graciously helped us out when we needed laundry detergent. We would stay here again. Only downside is that the ADU has a bit of an unfinished feel. The shower did not have a curtain, the bedroom skylight window was papered over, and there was command-strip residue leftover in a few places.

Very responsive host. Great location. Tom was very pleasant and accommodated all my requests. I will definitely recommend and come back here again.

Immaculate home with everything provided and so easy to just arrive and feel at home. Sheets and towels were immaculate and clean so was the rest of the home!!!!!! Beautifully decorated!!!!

Had a great stay, Brandon was super responsive. There was a dog schedule, but super easy to work around, it was never a problem. Would definitely stay again

Excellent. The place is a rooming house with several bedrooms and two baths. Full kitchen and off street parking, but call ahead to reserve yourself a spot. There was ample street parking when I got there at 6:30. Super clean, comfortable bed in room 3, and surprisingly quiet for being so close to the pike. I will definitely stay here again.

Cozy, comfortable place! Beautiful private view of the woods out there rooms windows. Nice water pressure in the shower. Only took a bit of getting used to, with the angled ceiling, but I got the hang of it quickly!

This property was one of the best airbnbs we have stayed at. Clean and cozy and felt right at home. There was plenty for the kids to do so we didn’t have to limit screen time because they wanted to be enjoying the amenities available! Jody was quick to respond with any/all questions or concerns we had. We would highly recommend to everyone especially those with children!

Super cute place in North Quincy! It’s about a 12 min walk to the station and 15 minutes into South Station from there. Super convenient and clean! Was super happy to that they’d clean the shared restroom everyday. Remember you don’t have access to the kitchen but there’s water in the little fridge in the closet. I had just what I needed in the room and would stay again! Super friendly host and great space.

Wonderful one of a kind studio in a very old beautiful house. Plenty of room, lots of light, modern appliances. I enjoyed every minute of it.

This was a perfect stay for a concert at Gillette. We were 10 minutes from the T station that brings the event train to the stadium. The town was adorable and very walkable. Everything was clean. Instructions were clear and entering the apartment was easy. Street parking totally manageable. Would stay here again!

I felt very much at home in Chris’s place. It was clean and comfortable and a great base for visiting the Newton area

Jay's place was a great stay for the few days we were there. very much exactly what it shows in the pictures. plenty of towels and tp, which is always appreciated. I even forgot to log out of tv apps and after messaging Jay after leaving, he reassured me he would log me out. would highly recommend

Chris made us feel right at home. The place looks brand new. I’m pretty sure I was the first to use the coffee maker. All the amenities were great and made it easy to cook and clean. Parking place was great and bed was great. Pull out sofa was comfortable for sleeping too. There are so many restaurants (especially Asian) within a 10 minute walk and the Wollaston T stop is 5 minutes away making a 25 minute ride into Boston painless. Our stay was a pleasure! Susan's flat was exactly as advertised and perfect for my quick 2 night stay in Boston. The flat and neighborhood were very quiet, and everything I needed, including public transit links to the rest of the city, was less than a 10 minute walk away. I did not cook on this trip, but the kitchen was fully stocked, and the coffee and English muffins were nice!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was a home away from home while we were still local and transitioning into our next space. Everyone was so responsive on site when help was needed. Someone was there. Steve was on site and great; so kind and welcoming with our family. With a family of four this home provided the transition home we needed during a really challenging move. The owners were so responsive and fast. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It’s family friendly and perfect for a family needing a space. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable space and welcoming hosts. Dog friendly and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable. Within walking distance of a few restaurants and grocery store. Lots of walking trails nearby. Close to Boston and other amenities.

We very much liked staying there. It is a nice neighborhood and very close to South Bay shopping mall with many restaurants and easy and convenient shopping. It is also very close to all major attractions in Boston but much quieter environment. Our host, Marian was extremely helpful, proactive and super responsive, the best we have had so far in our trips. I strongly recommend this place to families.

We loved Andy’s place! Comfortable beds, hot strong shower, very roomy. Two balconies! Shops, restaurants, diners, grocery stores, discount stores, all in easy walking distance. There are quite a lot of steps to get up to the apartment, but they’re well-lit and there are hand rails everywhere. My sister lives less than a mile away from Andy’s house and doesn’t always have room for all of us. We’ll definitely be back!

My stay at the Lighthouse was great! Perfect location, walking distance to Harvard, and made for a nice, cozy stay. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Boston!

Adorable brownstone in JP! Close to the orange line, quiet neighborhood with lots of families. House was great, lots of space.

We greatly enjoyed our time staying at this Airbnb! Elena was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. It was located in a beautiful residential neighborhood, and a short walk away from the Orange Line which was convenient to get around the city. The apartment itself was clean, modern, well stocked with towels, toiletries,ect, and spacious enough, while also feeling cozy. The washer and dryer in unit was a nice addition as well. I look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Boston!

Our stay was wonderful, our hosts were communicative, and I would be more than happy to return. The unit was immaculately cleaned upon our arrival. The living room and kitchen are incredibly spacious - more so than I would have thought from the pictures. The outdoor spaces provide nice fresh air, and everything else is as advertised. But, sometimes, it's the little things that make an AirBnB. I took time each day to recover with a nice sauna. They have the things that hosts normally don't provide but everyone needs - aluminum foil, saran wrap, ziploc baggies, extra blankets, extra towels, and more. The shower that I used was great. Good water pressure. Good HVAC and water temp. Great natural light. Keyless entry, meaning no "who gets the keys" juggling. No ridiculous checkout expectations. So many "good AirBnB" boxes checked. :) The location is great to either explore East Boston (which has its own charm I wasn't aware of) or to get downtown. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Amazing place and Kaitlyn was very helpful. The guide was very helpful and the location could not be more central. Felt at home and we would definitely recommend.
