The cozy townhouse in Hjelmerstald is located in the middle of Aalborg's historic center. The house is over 500 years old, but is newly renovated in respect of the long-standing history of the house. In the old days, Hjelmerstald was a notorious and poor street, but today the street is the most photographed street in Aalborg and contains some of the most cozy houses. The sandy colored house with one of the city's old renovated gas lamps on the house wall contains lots of coziness, pretzel nooks, and stories.

As a tenant with us, you will be staying in a newly built annex. The annex is located on a nature plot in the forest with the golf course as the nearest neighbor and close to Aalborg 15 min to the city bus. Whether it's city break, golf, mountain biking, road biking, you have plenty of opportunity to get your needs met here with us. We'll be happy to help with advice if you ask. If we can , it is possible for us to pick you up at the airport for a fee. The house is a non-smoking house Pets are not allowed

You will like my place because of the 2 cozy bright rooms that have access to their own bathroom/toilet, entrance and associated parking space. It is possible to cook, with a dining area. It can accommodate 4 people and 1st child under 2 years. Housing is great for craftsmen, 1-2 couples, business travelers, and families. Close to public transport, art and culture, airport, port, nature area. Aalborg city center, 4 km. Bus 17 is close, 50 yards. Shopping, 300 m. Aalborg Airport, 4.5 km. Train, a mile.

Havemøbler samt lille grill med kul i baghaven, hvor annekset ligger, må benyttes.
