Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. It is on one floor of 75 m2 divided into 2 bedrooms, living room, open kitchen, laundry room and bathroom with shower. Cozy courtyard with outdoor furniture & small barbecue available. Good parking in the area. About 15-20 minutes' walk to the city center, swimming area, harbor, restaurants, shopping and bus. Feel free to rent a bike. The Kulla region offers experiences such as the nature reserve Kullaberg, old fishing village and sports hall & outlet.

Pleasant surroundings with the possibility of, for example, golf, fishing, hiking and swimming. Many cafes and restaurants are nearby, including Svanshall's tavern in the harbor. Proximity to the Kullaberg nature reserve and many cozy small villages and harbors, such as Mölle, Arild and Skäret. NOTE: TOWELS AND BED LINEN ARE NOT INCLUDED, you must bring them yourself.

Local bus is within walking distance. Tastefully decorated with high-quality materials. There are two floors consisting of a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine. Three bedrooms (1 x 140 cm bed, 1 x 140 cm bed & 1 x 160 cm bed, loft with 2 x 120 cm bed), dining room, living room and two bathrooms. Both with shower and one with washing machine & dryer.

You’ll love the place because of its coziness, proximity to the ocean and the views. The place is suitable for couples, families or business travellers. It is perfect for up to 5-6 visitors. Mölle is a lovely old seaside resort village. The Kullaberg region offers plenty of activities for all ages.
