Summer cottage/cabin at Grundsjön

Free Wi-Fi, hot tub, 3 meters from the water, quiet and beautiful, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, underfloor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. Cleaning must be done before checking out and must be done thoroughly, for example, vacuuming, drying the floors, dusting the bathroom and kitchen. So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included with the cabin. You need to clean the house before you check out.

Welcome to our log cabin in Lysvik. The cottage has two sleeping lofts, one with two 120 cm beds, the other with four single beds. In the basement there is a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and microwave. The cabin has two bathrooms with shower and in the basement there is a sauna. Sheets and towels are not included in the price but can be rented for SEK 125 per person The guest cleans before departure, wipes tables and countertops. Vacuum, mop all floors and clean the toilets Pets and smoking are not allowed

The cabin is located 10 minutes from downtown Torsby, where you can find everything you need in terms of food and activities. Some nearby attractions are: • Hovfjället with ski resort and snowmobiles. • Torsby ski tunnel with cross-country skiing all year round. •Mormors Ice Cream Café with incredibly delicious ice cream! • Fish in Lake Fryken or other nearby lakes. • Beautiful Swedish nature all around, hiking, Tossebergsklätten.

The house overlooks Lake Övre Brocken. There's water on both sides of the house. It is a year-round cottage with heating cables on all floors. There are three bedrooms, 2 toilets, shower and sauna. The living room has high ceilings with a kitchen and fireplace. The porch goes around the whole house, so you can follow the sun and barbecue outside. At the campsite you can rent a canoe, swim, fish or cycle. In the autumn, you can pick mushrooms and berries. In winter, there is ice fishing, snow scooter trails and skiing.
