Free wifi, hot tub, 3 meters from water, quiet and nice, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, floor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linen and towels should be brought yourself. Cleaning should be done before checking out and should be thoroughly done eg vacuum, dry the floors, dust-dry bathrooms and kitchens. You leave the house as it was when you arrived. Rowing boat is included in the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.

It is 4 km to Torsby town and only 5 min drive to Torsby Ski Tunnel and Sportcenter. Directly outside the cottage is offered opportunities for biking, trekking or running. For the golf enthusiast, Torsby's golf course is 4 km away. In winter, there are great opportunities for cross-country skiing and downhill skiing.

Cozy cottage in Värnäs right next to Klarälven

Stugan ligger vackert belägen invid Klarälven. I omgivningen finns fina vandringsleder och goda möjligheter till fiske. Ett stort skogsområde, med gott om älg, börjar nära huset. Fem minuters bilresa tar dig till en liten baddamm med tillhörande strand och brygga. Till Branäs skidanläggning tar det 25 min och till Långberget, med såväl fina vandringsleder som skidspår, är det en timmes bilfärd. Stugan hör till Länsmansgården, som uppfördes i mitten av 1700-talet. Ägarna bor på gården.

A quiet and restful place with nature just outside the door. Nearby are waterfalls, hiking trails and the clear river. The forest and forest paths are located directly adjacent to the house. The house is an old store that was closed in 1962. Playfully renovated with a lot of recycling and making use of existing materials. The rent includes both bed linens, towels/bath towels and cleaning.

The house, built in 2018, has been built to be winter-proof under modern aspects. A well with drinking water quality is a matter of course here. The house also has its own fishing rights!
