This place is located next to the Nobel Square in Malmö, with close distance to Möllevångstorget & Folkets Park. In 10 minutes you will get to central station with the expressbus no 5 that travles every 6 min. Denna lilla studiolägenhet (16 kvm - 1 rum med duschrum och kokvrå) ligger på Nobeltorget nära Folkets Park. Endast tio minuter med buss från centralstationen och 20 min promenad till downtown. Citycyklar och tre olika busslinjer utanför huset! Du får tillgång till en lummig trädgård med grillplats, ett lusthus och du kan till och med unna dig en avslappnande och rogivande stund i vår relaxavdelning med bastu, bubbelpool & massagefåtölj. Cosy appartment in a peaceful area in city centre. The garden is quiet, green and has a BBQ and outdoor furniture. Situated only a 10 minute walk from train station Triangeln that takes you to Copenhagen and all other places. Only a 5 minute walk to the lovely square Möllevångstorget. Filled with cosy restaurants, pubs and a lovely fruit market. Just across the street you have a small park where you can enjoy one of the famous and cheap food falafel, if you ask me, it’s the BEST in town

Naturskönt boende i mitten av Skåne

Välkommen till denna mysiga lantidyll där man omfamnas av hästhagar. Lugnet. Tystnaden. Skönheten från de omgivande skogarna. Här kommer man nära både djur och fantastisk natur. På gården finns hästar, katter, höns och en liten sällskaplig hund. Bortom naturbeteshagarna finns de vilda djuren. Dock inga björnar eller vargar :-) Lyxen ligger i miljön. Det lilla huset är utrustat för självhushåll, men vi erbjuder frukostkorg och andra förnödenheter på begäran. Meddela gärna önskemål i god tid.

Gästhuset är omgivet av en härlig trädgård där man kan koppla av från storstadsvimlet, njuta av grönskan, umgås eller bara lyssna till fågelsång. Här finns tillgång till WiFi, tvättstuga och närhet till det mesta man kan behöva. Promenadavstånd till Möllans marknadsplats, ett flertal matbutiker samt restauranger, parker, lekplatser samt tåg och buss. Varmt välkomna!

This cosy one bedroom apartment is located in central Malmo with a public transport close by. A big cosy living room with lots of light complete with sofa and a dining area, a newly renovated kitchen with original 40s retro kitchen and a relaxing bedroom with a king size bed connected to a balcony with outdoor seating and morning sun. Supermarkets and night life close by, but far enough to not bother you at night. Cph is ca 40 minutes away and parks and sights in Malmö even closer.

Have your lunch and dinner on the large terrace facing the water. Enjoy the magical sunset first row. 10 min by car to both Lund and Malmö. Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.
