Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to a beach with a jetty and beach bar. Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. Two beds where you lie on the first floor and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two hotplates, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Large terrace, gas grill. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km from Ystad, where you can easily drive by car or cycle along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good transportation connections.

Guesthouse of approx. 50 sq.m (538 sq. ft), a few kilometers outside Ystad. Here you live quietly and peacefully right next to the fields in a farm environment. Outside the patio door, there is a private patio facing south. Car can be parked right outside the house. In the house there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180cm) and in the sleeping loft, which is reached by a step ladder, there are two single beds (90cm x 2). Cot is available to borrow. The bike path will take you all the way to Ystad (about 7 km to the city center), there are bikes to borrow.

We have newly renovated the apartment on the backside of the house. Overlooking the yellow fields of Raps. With only 5 minutes down to the popular Mossbystrand Beach where you can eat icecream and hang by the beach all day. Closest supermarket is in Skivarp only 10 minutes and 10 minutes to Ystad where you can do shopping and visit the city center.
