The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.

We offer coffee, tea, shampoo and conditioner. Enjoy a quiet surroundings by open fields and a fantastic view. 7 minutes away you will find the sea, 10 minutes to Ystad with restaurants and shops, 15 minutes from Österlen and 35 minutes to Malmö. An Electric car charger are available at the parking lot for a fee. a camera is facing the driveway, not indoors.
