Are you a group looking for a rural accommodation by Lake Mälaren, which has a private beach and large areas with all the amenities available? Villa Gurli was built in 1912 and has undergone an extensive renovation in the last year to regain its former glory. With a private jetty/marina, it is also possible to get here by boat. The accommodation is about 1 hour by car from Stockholm on beautiful Selaön, with proximity to both nature and rich wildlife. About 15 minutes away are both Strängnäs and Mariefred.

A short walk from the house, there is the nature reserve Vinterskogen with an illuminated exercise loop, outdoor gym, hiking trails and a cozy swimming area. Lake Uttran is an elongated lake that in summer invites you to swim, fish or maybe just a cozy boat trip. In winter, you can sometimes take a walk, skate on the ice or why not a refreshing swim in an ice hole.

You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. Området bjuder på flera sevärdheter: Mariefred, Gripsholms slott och charmiga gårdsbutiker. Ett perfekt boende för den som söker lugn och natur – men med närhet till aktiviteter och kultur.

Fint hus med stort allrum och kök med öppen eld, badrum och 4 sovrum. Perfekt både på sommaren och vintern. Finns extra madrasser samt ett gästhus och bastubyggnad med extra dusch och toalett. Fiber finns som möjliggör att det även passar utmärkt att arbeta härifrån. Naturnära tomt med gräsmatta för sommaraktiviteter. Ca 150m till bryggan, båt med motor för fiske och bad samt kajak för 2p. Härlig löprunda på 4,5km runt Björsund. Stor altan med grill och pingisbord.

15 minuter från Stockholm innerstad finner ni detta unika skärgårdsobjekt i söderläge med egen brygga om 100m2 samt privat strand. Strandpromenaden tar er till restaurang Smokehouse på 10 minuter, fortsätter ni 15 minuter till når ni restaurang Bruket Fin grillterass samt bastu med vy utmed Stockholms inlopp. Stor gräsmatta för lek och avkoppling. Villan är ganska stor och har en härlig, stor pool på 50 m² som passar perfekt för att svalka sig eller bara hänga och ha kul. Den stora trädgården är superfin och perfekt för allt från fotboll och kubb till picknick eller bara slappa i solen.
