We loved our stay. It was very easy to get to, and great instructions were given to get into the home. When we walked in it felt like home. I felt safe in the location and it was close enough to everything but far enough away to be peaceful. The only down side was the people in the unit above us were quit nosy. Overall I would recommend this place for anyone wanting a nice vacation!

We loved our stay at 372 McCormick st. It was a perfect size for our family to celebrate graduation. The place is spotless and well equipped. Thank you Amy for taking care of us!

Volunteer City Getaway is a WONDERFUL place to stay. We stayed for a girls weekend and everyone in the group agreed it was the perfect place, more cost effective than a hotel room and waaaaaay better than a hotel room!!! The apartment has everything essential you need, it was spotless (and I’m a clean freak), in a great location for everything Knoxville, tastefully decorated, comfortable bed and floor mattress, good quality linens and kitchen supplies. We will definitely stay here again. Don’t look elsewhere, this place is great!!!!

Comfortable, clean, and convenient. Stayed here five nights while in town for work. Never had to drive to find a new place to go for fun, food, and drinks. There is plenty of parking nearby and payment is handled by phone/app. I would stay here again, and recommend to a friend!

Perfect location for concert and reservations in downtown Knoxville. Beautiful loft and pristine in cleanliness! Amazing bathroom, the shower was huge! Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the place. The host was responsive when questions asked, the home was clean and the personal touches (popcorn, muffin mix, and candy) were all appreciated. The homeless population near the home was large but peaceful. I would not walk around after dark but during the day is fine. Market Square was close with great resturants. We did struggle a bit to find the lock box but once found we had no problems entering the unit. The neighbors were quiet. If you arrive late, you may have to park on the street but our car was fine. No issues with the shower as stated in previous reviews. Would rent again!

Leslie & John helped get us in touch with food delivery at the apartment during a rain storm. Their communication was A+. Their place is beautiful and such a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of downtown. We would definitely stay again.

The house was amazing, beautiful views very easy to find everything was close by. The house was just like as describe in the photos. Samuel communicated very well throughout the stay. I definitely wouldn’t mind returning.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ashley’s place. I went to a couple of places per her recommendation and was very pleased that I did. I would stay here again, well worth the money!

We had a great time here. Perfect location. Tucked away from the hustle bustle but close enough to get to when you want to. Ricky was very accommodating with an early check in time for us. The house was stocked with everything we needed! I would highly recommend!

I was very pleased with my stay at Mary's Airbnb! The two hosts were very helpful, responsive, and offered to answer any questions in a timely fashion! This Airbnb is affordable and in the perfect location to access Knoxville! The place felt very homey, like a cute little apartment. The place was clean and organized. I suggest that new guests to crack the bathroom door when showering, as the bathroom does not have a fan or vent. They do, however, accommodate this with an air humidifier, which collects as much water as it can. Everything you'd want to visit is within a 3-15 minute drive, and walking is a definite option too! I enjoyed my stay. I love the windows for great lighting, the air conditioner worked great, and kept it at a steady 68 degrees when sleeping. The hallway of this complex smells weird and is very warm, but it did not bother us, just something I noticed. Leaving the Airbnb is very easy, just like leaving a hotel room. Thank you, Mary! I loved my stay! :)

Was a great stay for my partner and I. Just enough space for us. The place is overall very quiet but if there’s people outside being loud then you can for sure hear them. Overall, everyone was pretty respectful and we didn’t have any issues. The place was clean and provided everything we needed during our stay. The bed was pretty comfy and the curtains around the bed were perfect because I like it super dark when I’m sleeping. I would definitely book again!

We absolutely loved our stay in this enchanting home! From the moment we walked in, it felt warm and inviting, like a true sanctuary. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and serene, far beyond our expectations. I was genuinely surprised by the natural beauty surrounding the area; the lush greenery and vibrant wildlife created a calming ambiance that allowed us to fully unwind. We were so grateful to have the opportunity to recharge for a few days in this haven. Conveniently located near Oak Ridge, it was ideally situated for our needs, and we appreciated the proximity of several supermarkets. This made it easy to stock up on snacks and microwaveable meals for our stay. One of our favorite aspects of the home was the charming bookshelf. We spent hours exploring its eclectic collection of books.

Beautiful house newly renovated sit behind the main house very quiet you have your own personal space. Parking at the front door all the furniture is new is newly renovated. The kitchen was amazing. It had everything I needed. The media room was a lot of fun to watch movies at night. I was sad I had to leave. I could not extend my stay because she had other bookings, but I will definitely look them up again when I’m in town.

My go to when I am in the Knoxville area. Has everything you need.

Was a very nice place for a couple looking to get away. Very close to Dollywood and all its surroundings in Piegan forge, Sevierville , and about 20 minutes from Gatlinburg. Host were very responsive and helpful. Pleased.

Perfect location to get to the park as well as all the restaurants. Great communication and very responsive when I needed anything. Second time staying here as it’s the perfect size and the huge tub and comfy bed are great after a long day in the park!! Thanks again!!

Clean and nice. Convenient location to the strip, great view of the strip from the balcony and main bedroom. Parking was easy, everything was described perfectly in the listing and pictures. Entire property was well maintained too. Had a great time.

The Airbnb is well located as described in the listing. We walked to the main strip in the evenings without an issue, and with a car, the main sites are easily accessible. The apartment was suitable for us-2 adults and one child. The host was responsive and any concerns or assistance needed was addressed timely.

We loved our stay at Myriah's cozy little condo on the river. Being able to sit on the balcony in the mornings with our coffe and watch all the wildlife like geese, herons, ducks, and even a beaver made for a great start to our day. The location was great, off the parkway, but still close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. We would definitely stay again. Myriah was easy to communicate with and was very hospitable.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was well updated and clean. It was an easy walk to downtown Gatlinburg. We even had local bears that we seen quite a bit.

WOW! Chris’s place was everything described and then some! The view is absolutely breathtaking. The amenities are incredible as it is part of a mountain resort. The drive up to the resort from the main road wasn’t bad at all, even in my little Honda Civic. While narrow in a couple places, it is paved the entire way up and was a nice drive with level places to park. It is more than worth it for the cost. We had 3 days/nights of light snow and Chris even gave us notice when inclement weather was heading our way. Everyone at the resort was very nice and helpful, especially for Floridians in the snow lol. Everything was incredibly clean, including the provided kitchenware. Two things to note: pack your spices and Keurig. We have become accustomed to having those in airbnbs, but both were easily mended/substituted. Chris’s place is located around 15-30 minutes away from most attractions/local shops, so it is perfect for going out or enjoying staying in. We will definitely be back!

Danny’s place is located right next to Gatlinburg downtown. Makes it very walkable. We didn’t use our rental car much except for driving to and from airport (we travelled with a toddler so didn’t do much hiking in the area this time). The place has everything you would need for the stay. Only thing future guests should keep in mind is, Danny has decorated the apartment beautifully with delicate artifacts. So if you’re travelling with kids, be extra cautious as they might bump into or break stuff. We placed all such stuff above on shelves right after check-in (and replaced back before checkout). Overall, this place is great!
