This COZY, brand new, 1 bedroom, 1 bath treehouse offers rest and relaxation. Perfect location. We are minutes from Seneca, 10 miles from Clemson, under an hour to downtown Greenville, Highlands or Cashiers. The outdoor seating area is a perfect place to unwind at the end of a busy day, also features a fire pit & outdoor grill.

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

This is a basement apartment in my personal home with its own separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchen. Parking is on the street in front of the house and there’s a concrete walkway that takes you down to the entrance. It’s a studio style apartment with your own thermostat, a king bed, ceiling fans, over 500 sqft, and a fenced backyard for your pup if you bring one. We are conveniently located 10 miles from I-85 exit 1 on S Hwy 11. 20 minutes from Clemson, 8 minutes from Seneca, and just a short drive to many hiking trails, lakes and parks in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.
