Boende på Gräddö 15 minuter från Norrtälje! Vi hyr ut vårat fina hus som ligger högt i solläge från morgon till kväll. Det finns varmvatten. Tältet är endast uppställt på sommaren. Huset har 3 sovrum, 2 vardagsrum samt ett badrum och ett kök. Berätta gärna hur många ni är samt vad ni har för planer med och under er vistelse. Detta för att vi ska känna oss trygga med våra hyresgäster samt för att få er vistelsetid så bra som möjligt. Tidigare recensioner är från uthyrning av ett aboende i stan.

Bastu går att lägga till för en kostnad 500 kr/dag under er vistelse men meddela detta vid bokningen Endast 25 minuter med bil till Stockholm city om man vill utforska staden och 10 minuter till härliga vandringsleder i Tyresta Nationalpark.

Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. The house has 4 beds: a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with bunk bed. There is a house in garden with 2 beds possible to use in summertime. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people and a small bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. Livingroom with fireplace and sea view. Terrace with a table for 6 people, and a barbecue. Big Garden.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Mitt i naturen med vackra vyer åt alla håll, njuter man av skärgården året om. Huset har ett väl utrustat kök, kamin att elda i, ett nybyggt gästhus samt en stor fin vedeldad bastu. Alla material är genomgående exklusiva och huset är byggt 2023 via husleverantören ”Sommarnöje”. Båda husen har en vacker altan runt om, vilket gör att man alltid kan njuta av solen på flera platser. En stig leder ner till en brygga och bjuder in till bad.
