It is 40 square meters and is located in a 2-family house on the outskirts of Lenglern. On the upper level are the entrance, bedroom and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads directly from the bedroom down to the living area with a small kitchen. In front of it is the small terrace. Public parking is available right in front of the house. Public transport connection to Göttingen via buses and trains (in 9 minutes the train is at Göttingen train station)

We offer a cozy, renovated apartment in Göttingen (Weende). It is 4.9 km or 15 minutes by city bus, car or bike from the city. The clinic is 9 minutes by bike or 30 minutes on foot. It invites you to hike due to its direct proximity to nature. It is the second-to-last row of houses to the field/forest. A hiking trail passes by. The basement apartment is located in a 2-family house and has its own entrance. 1 child up to 12 years is free!

Sunny apartment in the old town of Höxter

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

Spacious and cozy accommodation in a particularly quiet location with a view of the Leine Valley. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with a large living-dining area, a shower room and a bedroom for up to two people (bed 1.40 x 2.00 m). A sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) makes it possible to accommodate up to four people. This apartment is a non-smoking apartment. All rooms are equipped with insect screens in the windows!

The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.
