Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. A small three-storey house within the traditional Medieval settlement of Patrika, which is one of the Mastichochoria that produce the unique product of mastic. For this reason, internally it has the form of a castle village, built during the Genoese period. The house in which I invite you to stay is located in the center of the village, in picturesque streets. The settlement with few inhabitants offers, due to its prominent location, the opportunity to get to know many other places nearby.

Villa ilcastellio is a refurbished traditional 250 year old mountain estate located in Kossikia. The spacious compound consists of 2 separate houses joined by a common courtyard and surrounded by multi level stone walls, terraces and gardens. The house is centrally located between Ikaria's north and south sides, 8 km from Seychelles Beach / Magganitis Village and 8 km from the port of Evdilos. Nearby to the house one can visit the Castle of Koskinas, Ranti Forest and Raos Hutra Cave.

Tinos-isternia (Blue Dream)

Welcome to our beautiful Cycladic house with 120 sq.m. which consists of two independent studios. One studio can accommodate up to 3 guests and the other up to 4-5 guests. Both studios offer an amazing view and have functional kitchens, as well as their own courtyard. There is also a private outdoor swimming pool with dimensions of 4.20 m by 2 m and a view of the Aegean Sea. The apartments are located just a 5-minut walk to the beach and local restaurants, like the famous Thalassaki.

The tower is a 2 level apartment at 'Pyrgos traditional village', above the museum of ikaria. Pyrgos traditional village is a complex of 8 traditional buildings at the top of Agios Kirikos, a traditional small village with a common pool only for guests, a small reception, breakfast area, parking, common verandas and yards and natural vegetation. The tower has a small kitchen and two sofa-beds at the main floor and one main bedroom with a bathroom with shower at the top floor.
